## MOO Reviews

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Moo is an easy to use platform that provides a high quality and cost effective option for print fulfillment.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Prints are not always perfect and sometimes damaged upon delivery due to poor packing and quality assurance.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Try it and compare to other print fulfillment companies! Moo’s results will likely be better.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printing can be expensive, Moo helps to reduce costs.

  ### 2. A Variety of Options, Great Pricing

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2020

The number of different card designs available.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Customization can be a bit difficult if you have files to upload

  ### 3. Great modern designs & a team to help you create the perfect marketing supplies!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren L. | Executive Assistant Administrator & NYS Licensed RE Salesperson, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2018

**What do you like best about MOO?**

The team of designers and support that Moo has cultivated is amazing. They take it upon themselves to come up with new designs and ideas tailored to your company. They actually do their web research and find out what your company is really all about without having to work directly with you throughout the process. It's just a presentation of their customized products that truly represent your company.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

The only thing to even possibly dislike is the pricing. Of course cheaper always makes us happier, but for the quality Moo delivers the price won't scare us away.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Go for it! The account is simple to manage and the possibilities are endless. Especially with the team they provide to assist in creating new marketing tools. Designs are super easy to update on all products and re-ordering is a breeze. Our company had all its own background designs etc. already, but Moo was able to take them and develop them into a variety of different marketing tools that we can't wait to use.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't call it a problem, but Moo is helping us stay current and modernize our marketing. With Moo we are also finding new and different ways to reach out to the market.

  ### 4. Quicke easy business cards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2019

**What do you like best about MOO?**

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

The pricing can be very different from the initial estimate. however this shows as you go through the process

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

It's a great way to get quality business cards quickly.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ordering Business cards

  ### 5. Higher Price, But Higher Quality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2018

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Quality, packaging, usability, and high-end options are just some of the things I like about Moo. I can usually be guaranteed a quality product without much customer assistance. The one time I did need help, customer service was quick, knowledgable, and kind.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

In comparison to the other solutions out there, sometimes Moo is on the higher end of the budget. It's a hard sell for some of my clients—even ones with more funds available when they see that options like vistaprint are a fraction of the cost. They don't always see the value in the quality of the paper, and printing, customer, service, etc. Most times they just want a business card, quickly and inexpensively.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Overall, I'd say it's a good option when you want some higher-end options, and you don't have a good local print shop who can produce a comparable result. Most recently, I've taken my business to my local printer because the turnaround time is faster, and I know I can get an in-person proof and choose from a greater selection of paper options. But when this option isn't available to me, Moo is a good backup—especially when I'm designing for remote clients.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear pricing. I can easily produce high-quality business cards and printed collateral. I can usually trust that the quality will be great. When working with remote clients, this is super valuable. I recommend Moo cards to clients after I've handed over files because I know they can use the interface easily. I credit the breadth of quality options, but at the same time, there aren't so many that an inexperienced user might become confused about which options to choose.

  ### 6. Good quality cards, great FB integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley B. | Director of Public Policy, Public Policy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

I didn't use MOO for my official company cards, but rather for personal cards to hand out. MOO has easy integration with Facebook, and it easily converted my profile picture, cover photo, and basic info into a modern-looking template. The paper quality was very high.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

I tried MOO on a promotion and ultimately decided to return to Vistaprint where I could more easily customize the design. I've relied on MOO for quick "replacement" cards, however.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Great for personal cards to hand out at social events or for replacing your business card last-minute while waiting on cards from an employer. The card holders are nice, as well.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick, professional-looking cards by using the information you already have provided to social media.

  ### 7. Great place for business cards

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2018

**What do you like best about MOO?**

I like that it is easy to use and has lots of templates. They offer a lot of great templates that are visually pleasing to the eye.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

I dislike that sometimes it is hard to get all the text I want on to fit

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is where we get our business cards

  ### 8. Moo is user friendly with great products and service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte S. | Global Marketing Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

The ease of use. A self-service centre where you are able order new corporate stationary easily - without the need for a graphic designer and have a great selection of business cards delivered to your workplace.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Limited products available. Currently, you can only order business cards or letterheads.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

For business card ordering I'd definitely recommend Moo. There is a nice selection of cards to choose from, all of which come in lovely presented business card boxes.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly order new cards for new employees within a few clicks of a button. Previously, using our graphic designer, we'd have to wait on proofs and authorisations which delayed the process. With Moo you can authorise departmental heads to order their own teams stationary which quickens the whole process up considerably.

  ### 9. Excellent user experience, faster than expected turn around times

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison L. | Marketing Associate, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

The ability to create branded templates for different projects, making it easy to update and duplicate (especially for business cards).

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Sometimes your dashboard vs. the actual site can be a bit confusing, but no real dislikes.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

If you are unsure I'd say go for the trial -- always better to experience the actual product and play around to make sure you know exactly what you'd be getting.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MOO is our go-to for our business card needs. Reliable service, quality product, always happy with our product.

  ### 10. Good overall experience, great customer support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Different models offered, great response from support

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Some items were damaged (but replaced quickly for no fee)

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease to create marketing assets (stickets, prints...)

  ### 11. Great go-to option for high end stationary

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurent B. | Founder + Creative Director, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

The options and quality of the paper as well as the customization option from option to finish and printing

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Cost is not the most effective route compared to a traditional printer. If you are looking at large quantities It may not be the most cost effective option.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building Brand Trust, Consistency and a unique voice for Brands and Organizations looking at making an impact in business and looking to communicate their brand in a meaningful way.

  ### 12. An offer you just can't refuse

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan K. | Owner/Producer, Media Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2016

**What do you like best about MOO?**

The Printfinity. Ordering 150 cards with 10 different designs is amazing. I do a lot of things and going to events I can take the cards that best represent me there. When I'm shooting a wedding, it's still from previous ones. When shooting concerts, band photos. Pretty amazing.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

The site feels clunky at times as you're moving through the creation process. It's not horrible, but did cause me to wait before I pulled the trigger and ordered.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

If you're a company that wears many hats, Printfinity is a great option for getting cards tailored to your different services.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As stated, rather than needing multiple boxes of cards for each type of service, Moo allows me to create one order and receive multiple design for the same cost as one design. It saves a ton of money.

  ### 13. Business card support for our company.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | Creative Director, Music, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Ease of ordering through my platform and company packs.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Sometimes the pricing can be a bit too high.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

they make a great product and support your company very well. They will even resend you cards if there is an error...and if even if you are the one who made the error!

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business card ordering is fast and easy. We also like the options of going with Luxe when we want to really show off.

  ### 14. Only used them once, but loved the cards I received!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam P. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2016

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Completely custom cards, without outrageous costs involved with normal printing presses. Amazing for artists/photographers, etc.. Fact that I can have 50 different backs to my cards means that I can choose which card I'd like to give to each client, further continuing my ability to market properly to different customers (especially with only having to place one order for cards and not multiple clients).

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

That they didn't have all the options they have now, back when I was a photographer. Would have loved to have created some awesome business cards using all of these awesome custom options they offer now. Prices have obviously gone up in the last 10 years as well...

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Make use of the 50+ backs you get to utilize. I only used five or so and "wasted" all that additional marketing real estate.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custom business cards are integral to standing out as a photographer/artist. Great way to go unnoticed is to have a standard card that doesn't express your creativity and talent. Again, the ability to choose which card I'd like to give to each client makes it easier to market properly to each client.

  ### 15. Moo for Business Stationary

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Moo uses really quality paper products and delivers an impressive product

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Not the easiest to design specifically what you want

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

If purchasing business cards or other types of business stationary, use Moo for a professional and quality look.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple business stationary that is eye-appealing and professional

  ### 16. Simple & Fast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda H. | Founding Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Moo offers a clean user experience that gets you through the design process quickly. Using their presets or your own custom images, you can make professional looking cards in minutes.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Their price point is a little high. We ended up mostly using a local printer for a higher quantity of cards.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

I think this product is great for people who need to showcase a lot of different images on their cards. It's a creative person's dream.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

These cards made us look very professional when we were only just beginning our nonprofit.

  ### 17. Great, fast service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

The ease of use of the website is the biggest benefit for us as a business. Prices are also good with various discounts available for small to medium sized businesses.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Some of the customisation features are quite clunky. Particularly when you're doing double sided, multi-lingual cards.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Check out the discounts for startups!

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cheap biz cards for everyone in the business!

  ### 18. Great quality and some interesting options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

I love the paper quality. You get tonnes of options and it's really easy to upload your own design. They're also great about sending samples of paper and all the options.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Moo is a bit on the expensive side, especially shipping. But you pay for quality.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like to use Moo when I require a high-quality product that I can customize down to every detail.

  ### 19. Great products and quality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

The technology/software to design and create cards.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Lack of choices and total customization or at least understanding why certain things can't be added to a card or design

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Get their sample pack and do a few test runs. They're really great and you get more than you'd initially need but its great to have options.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making a statement to match our brand and our businesses personality. We realized we can simplify our message with a great impression via business cards.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Making clients stand out for referrals

  ### 22. Great Design and Creativity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peeyush J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2016

**What do you like best about MOO?**

The best thing about Moo their creative designs. Designs are innovative and they simply look awesome. Everyone who sees them becomes happy.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

They might think on increasing some product lines and offer more varieties.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Do try the product. The experience will certainly be very good.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tried it for mu business cards. The final print and delivery was flawless.

  ### 23. Moo Products

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey T. | co-founder, director, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2015

**What do you like best about MOO?**

Moo has a great quality product. I've ordered business cards from them before and was very happy with the results. The printing is superb and the variety of paper stocks available are much better than other companies I've used.

**What do you dislike about MOO?**

Moo is a bit more expensive than other retailers, but I feel like their products are worth the price. Their paper stocks alone are enough to make me want to spend a little more money, but depending on the project, I may choose a different vendor for a regular stock card.

**Recommendations to others considering MOO:**

Be prepared to spend a little more, but realize that it'll be worth it. The quality of their paper and printing is outstanding.

**What problems is MOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business cards I've ordered from Moo in the past have been very high quality, and their sizes of cards are a little different than normal, which is great. Your card stands out from the crowd of other cards, which is a great advantage for those in a competitive industry like graphic design.
