What do you like best about Monto?

We've been using Monto for little over 1 year now with our customer portal invoice uploads. Set up was fairly straight forward working with a dedicated solutions consultant who was detailed and understanding. Shout out to Amit for being so supportive! It's great that the interface gives us a complete overview of invoice, po and payment across multiple portal platforms. It feels like a cheat-code (in a nice way)! Monto take feedback onboard and make improvements all the time. It's like the macbook of solutions, you know what you are getting - a solid build. Thank you for being our partner Monto! What do you dislike about Monto?

What do you like best about Monto?

What do you like best about Monto?

Monto has allowed my billing and credit team to check on invoice statuses via single site vs. logging into multiple portals and accounts on a daily basis. All our portal customer data is in one site. Monto has also eased the transparency for my company regarding rejected invoices and resolution time through their dashboards and data exports. The other wonderful advantage is the implementation which does not require IT assistance. Support team is well versed in talking through specific customer requirements. What do you like best about Monto?

Not having to upload invoices to different portals gives me time to focus on other tasks. Customer support is great and they respond quickly to my needs and questions. Monto is very easy to navigate and easy to use. I log into Monto first thing in the morning to view Tasks that I might have to handle. Monto also has a quick turn-around time. What do you dislike about Monto?

The only downside is viewing invoices. It seems the more invoices we have the longer it takes to view them. But once they populate, it is very user friendly and easy to find what I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Monto?

As an AR manager - I implemented Monto in my last two companies. It's an incredibly helpful tool for companies whose customers utilize various invoicing portals. Easily integrated (if you have a list of portals with access details). Monto significantly speeds up the invoicing process, allows for efficient status tracking, and can even identify new Purchase Orders before an invoice is issued. What do you dislike about Monto?

You cannot simply forward the invoice from other mail thread. You need to make sure you send the invoices to Monto with the same email template agreed during implementation or upload it directly to Monto portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Monto?

Many of our customers require us to import their invoices into portals such as Coupa, Ariba, etc. This takes time to open each portal, upload the invoice against the right PO/contract etc. With Monto the invoices are emailed directly to their system, they are matched against the PO/contracts in the correct portal for the customers. When issues arise our rep is on top of the issues and works closely with us to complete the tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monto?

As the company continues to grow it looks like they are utilizing a lot of AI. While this can be a benefit it feels as though it has increased the number of tasks and the tasks are vague. What do you like best about Monto?

We’ve been using Monto for about a year to automate our customer portal invoice management, and the results have been nothing short of outstanding. What do you like best about Monto?

In the past, I had to process every single request coming from a client through different portals myself, which was very tiring and often did not give the desired result. With Monto taking over the task, this stress was reduced to a minimum.

Monto knows how to operate with the different platforms/ portals, helping us to get the information quicker and with no manual work from our end. We are constantly supported in the case resolution. The Monto platform is very friendly and easy to use due to the great feature integration.
