Great Product, but Stay away because of their Slow Chat-Only Support Experience **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jose Manuel R. | Investor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026 **What do you like best about MoeGo?** The software is great, not perfect but love the automations, communications hub, UI, etc... so many things to love. I can also praise their pace of innovation, way above any other company I've tried in this space. Software performs well online, works across all computers. I have custom integrations via API and have it well connected to my google assets. Pricing is a higher but for any mid-to-large business, it's nothing compare to the value that it brings. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** Support - I will recommend against using Moego because of the quality of support. Not a one time thing but something that has happened almost every time. They only offer chat support, no way to talk to a human when you need them. Takes hours (and had a case of over a day) to pick up tickets. In instances they have failed to update their platform status making customers run like headless chickens because they are doing a terrible job at updating customers. Because of support, I want to warn potential customers to stay away until they fix this.
