I think Microsoft Sharepoint is easier to use than using the shared drives on the organizations computers. I find that being able to open share point via both program and browser gives you two options to access, in case something is faulty. I personally like that I can open share point in the web browser and find the interface easier and the performance is faster to use than using the microsoft apps. It’s very easy to download files and share them across our organization. When I need to access something for training purposes, or to learn how to format specific communications or writing, anyone can highlight the relevant files and I can find them quickly.
