"Smooth integration with MS environment"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Project Server?

Integration with MS environment, easy on the interface because of the similarities in screens and icons usage with other MS softwares. In addition, we can contribute to the project simultaneously with other users this is best thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Project Server?

It comes with huge cost. No doubt it has features packed with it. But Many a times a trimmed version is useful. Not the full version. Huge projects sometimes lag because of its complexity and sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent solution for project management."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Project Server?

The reality of what I enjoy best about Microsoft Project Server is its capacity to manage complex projects in a thorough manner. Data consolidation, comprehensive planning, and real-time communication make it easier to oversee and execute projects effectively. Furthermore, its connection with other Microsoft programs ensures a comprehensive and consistent experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Project Server?

Everything I dislike about using Microsoft Project Server is the first learning curve, which might be abrupt for some users. The platform's extensive feature set and complexity may necessitate some time to become fully acquainted. However, after this stage is completed, the software's efficiency in project management compensates for the initial time investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Project Server?

MS Project Server has been one of the most useful pieces of software we've used for cash flow analysis; it allows us to depict cash computations visually. From bar charts to pie charts, there are several possibilities for representing data in a simple and efficient manner. MS Project Server is a fantastic solution for institutional usage. When a high degree of professionalism and resources are necessary, MS Project Server has everything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Project Server?

The most significant disadvantage is that this program only works with Windows; it does not operate with Apple software. Some video lessons will also assist novice users in navigating the software. We occasionally need to exchange projects with other experts from other firms who use other tools and report problems opening Project files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A data scientist's review of Microsoft Project Server is provided below: Connecting to the Microsoft Ecosystem Other Microsoft products like Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Office 365 are all well integrated with Microsoft Project Server. Project Server offers a centralised platform for managing projects, deadlines, and resources. Centralised project management. When working on projects requiring resource allocation and involving various stakeholders, data scientists can profit from this framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Project Server?

Cost: For small to medium-sized businesses, Microsoft Project Server can be pricey. Because of the licencing fees, infrastructure needs, and continuing maintenance costs, it is less feasible for organisations with tight budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
