The platform is very easy to use and setup also takes very less time. I am not from technical background, so simple tools are more comfortable for my daily work. Creating questions, adding options, collecting responses, and sharing forms through link feels smooth and easy. I use it frequently for nutrition tracking forms, follow-up forms, patient feedback, and collecting consultation related information in organized way. i also like features like multiple question types, response collection, automatic response organization, sharing options, response tracking, and real time response updates. These features are very useful for managing follow-up workflow and keeping health related information properly organized. The charts and response summary section also helps me quickly understand feedback and habit patterns without checking everything manually. performance is good for regular use and forms usually load properly without issue. Response checking and data management also feels smooth most of the time. The interface is clean, lightweight, and easy to understand without too much complexity. We were also able to brand and customize it, and create various forms for our student-facing teams. Those forms can be tailored based on each appointment’s requirements. We mainly used it as an appointment form booking tool before shifting to queue management systems. Now we use it more ad hoc internally to capture opinions and run surveys, and even for internal project-management decisions as we roll out new features. For example, we use these forms to collect anonymous votes from executives to understand what kinds of features they want to roll out. Pricing-wise, it was fairly cheap for us. We also didn’t need any support from the MS tenant team to implement this tool. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?** Microsoft Forms had limited customization options, and the reporting didn’t support the specific types of survey responses we needed. Because of that, we ended up switching from Forms to another tool for our appointment booking workflow. The restricted choices for fonts and typefaces, along with the ability to include only a few branding images on the form, also wasn’t helpful for our use case. We needed to display certain infographics while collecting responses, and that wasn’t possible either. **What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** What really helps us, even now that we’ve procured other queue management tools and survey tools, is that at any given point in time any employee in the company can access the tool and create the survey they need for their internal departments. Easy-to-Use Microsoft Forms with Powerful Power Automate Integrations **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026 **What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?** Microsoft forms is very easy to use, you can set up a basic form or something more complex using the bridge feature within the questions, we had created some training courses within forms and integrated it with Power automate to generate its own certificates on gaining a pass mark, No issues with performance, it always works! and so far not had to contact support as the form platform is easy to use. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?** It would be nice it had a function within forms to score a form but the power automate license to do this is extremely reasonable and can be used for other automations. **What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a very expensive training platform, for training that we offer for free, it also had a limit on how many people could complete a form in the month, we don't have this issue with Microsoft forms and get the benefits of the analytics and reports that can be pulled from the submissions. We combined our training forms with power automate so they generate there own certificates and send emails from a submission automatically. Which is saving a lot of money and time for the business. ### 8.
