Features such as Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) make it much easier to ensure users have the right level of access while maintaining security and compliance. The integration with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise applications is seamless, allowing us to automate user provisioning, access requests, approvals, and periodic access reviews from a single platform. This has significantly reduced manual administrative effort and helped improve audit readiness. I also appreciate the intuitive interface and policy-based automation, which make it straightforward to manage user access throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. It's much more intuitive than using any other cloud provider. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Entra ID Governance?** Rotating security keys sometimes requires quite a bit of maintenance. So, at some point, having someone assigned to do just that as a full-time job will be required. keeping track of the keys assigned to a large number of clients and the associated users can definitely become overwhelming. **What problems is Microsoft Entra ID Governance solving and how is that benefiting you?** It controls granular user access to our application suite. It makes controlling and identifying our client users easier so that transactional charges can be accurately charged. ### 4.
