**What do you like best about Mercuri?**

Mercuri was easy to integrate with Jothishi. Since we an online consultation platform their Shared Inbox was key in helping us grow our business by adding SMS and WhatsApp for consultations. In addition we could also run marketing campaigns helping us retarget customers and increase revenues.

**What do you dislike about Mercuri?**

Nothing specific as such. But, if Mercuri could have more robust workflows it would be great.

**What problems is Mercuri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Addition of new stream of revenue: Using the Mercuri Shared Inbox we now offer online consultations to our customers via SMS and WhatsApp. This has helped us increase revenues because customers don't have to install an app or login to the website. All our services are offered via SMS and WhatsApp.

2. Streamlined Campaign Management: We could retarget customers with SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.

3. Automation and Personalization: We were able to setup workflows with the help of which we could automate SMS and WhatsApp messaging and also personalized communication, enhancing the customer experience.

**What do you like best about Mercuri?**

As a business, Araavat needed a reliable WhatsApp API solution, and Mercuri has largely delivered.

Integration:
The process was seamless with excellent documentation and support, making setup quick and easy.

Performance:
Mostly robust and reliable, though there has been occasional downtime. Messages are generally delivered promptly.

Features:
While some features like bot replies are missing but promised soon, Mercuri has developed many useful features on demand, including dynamic address, images, buttons, and a mobile-friendly conversations tab.

Customer Support:
The support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth experience.

Value:
Great value for money, providing high-quality service and a growing list of features.

**What do you dislike about Mercuri?**

Occassional downtimes, and missing bot reply feature (which is promised to be introduced soon).

Automatic whatsapp updates to customers.

**What do you like best about Mercuri?**

Mercuri brings in SMS and WhatsApp capability right into Microsoft Teams. Using the conversations inbox we can now save all our conversations and maintain a trail of the conversation even if some team member leaves.

We need more automations that will help us send out more conversations

**What do you like best about Mercuri?**

Mercuri's SMS and WhatsApp marketing capabilities have been transformative for our product & service outreach. 

The platform's seamless integration with our existing systems has made it incredibly easy to set up and execute targeted marketing campaigns. The ability to reach our customers directly through SMS and WhatsApp has significantly increased our engagement and conversion rates. 

The pay-as-you-go model is a great feature, providing flexibility and excellent value without any hidden costs.

**What do you dislike about Mercuri?**

Nothing much as of now. 
Looking for new features regarding workflow automations.

We majorly use it to reach out to the target customers with whom we have interacted once.

Mercuri is hassle-free to implement and super easy to integrate. I appreciate Mercuri's quick reply, and sharing the insights on how to use the platform better. Mr. Karthik and his team are very supportive of using Mercuri effectively.

I have to find one to be frank. But I am looking forward to the new features to further enhance the experience.

It is easy to implement and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Their supportive team assists you from onboarding through resolving any issues after purchase, including SMS and WhatsApp onboarding.

It would be great if they could integrate with more service providers like Telnyx for SMS.
