What do you like best about Mercor?

I really appreciate Mercor's focus on providing high-quality annotations that integrate into new AI systems, which I find amazing. The professionalism and having so many highly qualified people working at Mercor stand out for me. I also love the referral option, especially since as a medical doctor, I often refer highly qualified individuals, and the referral bonus is just amazing. What do you dislike about Mercor?
