"MeltingSpot completely transformed our product education strategy"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

There are many aspects I love about MeltingSpot, especially as someone responsible for digital marketing in a SaaS context. Here are a few highlights:

Seamless in-app integration: We can embed training content directly into our software, which means our users learn by doing—no more context-switching or scattered resources.

Variety of learning formats: From structured courses and live webinars to discussion forums and tooltips, the platform allows us to cater to different learning preferences and use cases.

User-friendly interface: The admin side is intuitive and smooth. I was able to start building content without any training.

Smart segmentation: We can personalize content delivery based on user properties and behaviors, which makes our onboarding and training much more relevant.

Fantastic support team: Fast, friendly, and solution-oriented—whenever we had a question, the team was there with clear answers and even strategic recommendations.

Continuous innovation: You can tell this product is evolving quickly based on customer needs. New features come out regularly, and the roadmap is impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

Honestly, there are no major drawbacks. If I had to mention something, it would be that some advanced features (like deeper integrations or custom analytics dashboards) are still in development. That said, the product team is super responsive and transparent, and we already see improvements month after month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"a modern, smooth, and well-supported tool"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

Melting Spot is an ergonomic, fluid, and easy-to-use tool. Its intuitive interface allows for quick adoption, even for non-technical profiles. It offers rich and well-thought-out functional fields that meet real operational needs.

Another strong point lies in the support from the team: available, proactive, with a modern and very relevant approach to onboarding. There is a genuine desire to help us succeed in using the product.

Finally, the tool is dynamic: it evolves regularly, offers live sessions, news, and frequent updates, which is very appreciated to stay in tune with developments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

The point that still seems improvable to me concerns the absence of detailed statistics on the use of the different modules. A more detailed analysis of user activity would allow for better management of engagement and measurement of the impact of the offered content or features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A dynamic platform to build active communities"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

What I like most about MeltingSpot is how easy it is to manage and engage an online community. The interface is intuitive, the design is modern, and features like live events, themed spaces, and member interaction are very well integrated. Plus, the support team and Sebastién (Co-founder & COO) are very responsive and always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

For a global audience, the platform currently lacks broader multilingual support, which can be a limitation when engaging community members from different regions. That said, it’s worth noting that the MeltingSpot team is already aware of this and actively working on improvements in this area, which shows their commitment to continuous development and user feedback. "Strong product, responsive team, growing feature set"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

The Community living inside our product is a game changer. Melting spot is also very responsive to product feedback and it feels like they are really building for the customer needs. It's easy to use and we keep expanding our use cases. We are happy to see our community growing rapidly with this tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

This is a young company so there are some desired features that aren't yet built, but they are on the roadmap and I have seen consistent delivery of many new key features already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A truly effective integrated training platform"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

What I appreciate most about MeltingSpot is how naturally the platform integrates into our product and our daily operations.

Clear and modern interface – for both learners and administrators. The navigation is intuitive, which encourages adoption.

Functional richness – we can combine structured training, webinars, Q&A forums, and community spaces into a single tool.

Increased learner engagement – since the training is integrated directly into our product, users naturally interact with the content while working.

Flexibility in content creation – we can design both short training capsules and complete courses without needing external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

Some features are linked in a way that may seem a bit restrictive. For example, forums are associated with discussion groups, which requires keeping both active even if one only wants to use one of them. It's a minor detail, not a blocker, and the product team is responsive – the platform evolves quickly with regular updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Melting spot, a beautiful platform (to continue refining) to engage a customer community!"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

A platform that is easy to understand, ergonomic, and relatively comprehensive. Its value lies in the internal actions to be implemented, particularly from an organizational perspective, such as content production and planning an appropriate animation. Moreover, the project team is dynamic, attentive, and available to advise us AND BOOST US! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

The solution contains some stubborn anomalies that require regular saving and updating to avoid losing the work done. It is also unfortunate that the formatting possibilities are limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A major asset for the adoption of our CRM"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

MeltingSpot has transformed our way of training and supporting our teams in adopting our CRM. What I particularly appreciate is:

1. The seamless integration into our CRM to learn directly within it.

2. The customization of learning paths to truly adapt to each person's needs.

3. The different training formats and materials (video, tutorial, quiz...)

4. The responsive support: The MeltingSpot team is always available to answer our questions and is even proactive in onboarding. Nicolas's arrival has really allowed us to take it to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

There are no major weaknesses to report. Some additional report customization features could be useful, but nothing to criticize for now, as the product is evolving rapidly and updates are regular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for building online community"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

We use MeltingSpot to run a private community for startup founders & leaders, combining curated content, events, peer groups, and resource sharing in one place.

The platform is intuitive and easy to customize, which helps us create a space that reflects our brand and meets the evolving needs of our audience. It’s especially helpful for bringing structure to things like talent support, service providers, and internal programming.

The team behind MeltingSpot is also a real plus, responsive, open to feedback, and helpful in getting new features rolled out smoothly.

A strong choice for any collective looking to organize and scale its community experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A structuring and promising tool for SaaS Teams"
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

What I like best about MeltingSpot is its ability to centralize all community interactions, onboarding flows, and content into a single, easy-to-use hub. It turns passive user groups into active communities by blending live events, knowledge sharing, and structured learning paths in one place. The platform is intuitive, customizable, and built with engagement in mind.

Bonus: the ability to create segmented experiences for different audiences (clients, partners, internal teams) without juggling multiple tools is a huge productivity win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

I wouldn’t say I “dislike” anything about MeltingSpot — the platform works well and keeps improving. That said, there are a few areas where enhancements would make a big difference:

- Page layout and visual customization could be more flexible, especially within learning modules or course formats.

- We’d also love to see more features supporting structured learning paths and elements of gamification, which would enhance user engagement and progression tracking.

That being said, the tech support team is highly responsive and already working on many of these areas, which is a big plus for us. It gives us confidence in the platform’s roadmap and its ability to evolve alongside our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
