## MeltingSpot Reviews
 ### 1. MeltingSpot completely transformed our product education strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine M. | Responsable Marketing digital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

There are many aspects I love about MeltingSpot, especially as someone responsible for digital marketing in a SaaS context. Here are a few highlights:

Seamless in-app integration: We can embed training content directly into our software, which means our users learn by doing—no more context-switching or scattered resources.

Variety of learning formats: From structured courses and live webinars to discussion forums and tooltips, the platform allows us to cater to different learning preferences and use cases.

User-friendly interface: The admin side is intuitive and smooth. I was able to start building content without any training.

Smart segmentation: We can personalize content delivery based on user properties and behaviors, which makes our onboarding and training much more relevant.

Fantastic support team: Fast, friendly, and solution-oriented—whenever we had a question, the team was there with clear answers and even strategic recommendations.

Continuous innovation: You can tell this product is evolving quickly based on customer needs. New features come out regularly, and the roadmap is impressive.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

Honestly, there are no major drawbacks. If I had to mention something, it would be that some advanced features (like deeper integrations or custom analytics dashboards) are still in development. That said, the product team is super responsive and transparent, and we already see improvements month after month.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using MeltingSpot, we had a big challenge: helping our users understand the full value of our product, fast. Our onboarding was too static and too generic.

Thanks to MeltingSpot, we now offer an interactive, contextual learning experience from day one. This has brought several benefits:

Faster user activation: Users get value quicker because they’re guided in-app through what matters most to them.

Ongoing feature adoption: We can roll out new features with short tutorials, directly visible in the product.

Reduced support load: Our support team has noticed fewer low-level questions, which lets them focus on strategic accounts.

Improved retention: When users are well-trained, they stick around. We’ve seen a clear impact on churn and upsell opportunities.

 ### 2. a modern, smooth, and well-supported tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mélanie K. | Product Launcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

Melting Spot is an ergonomic, fluid, and easy-to-use tool. Its intuitive interface allows for quick adoption, even for non-technical profiles. It offers rich and well-thought-out functional fields that meet real operational needs.

Another strong point lies in the support from the team: available, proactive, with a modern and very relevant approach to onboarding. There is a genuine desire to help us succeed in using the product.

Finally, the tool is dynamic: it evolves regularly, offers live sessions, news, and frequent updates, which is very appreciated to stay in tune with developments.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

The point that still seems improvable to me concerns the absence of detailed statistics on the use of the different modules. A more detailed analysis of user activity would allow for better management of engagement and measurement of the impact of the offered content or features.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Melting Spot to support the adoption plan of our tool with our clients. The platform allows us to centralize all content, resources, news, and interactions related to the users' skill development in one space. It is a real asset for structuring a clear, continuous, and accessible adoption approach.

 ### 3. A dynamic platform to build active communities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosa María O. | CRM Manager - Partners, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

What I like most about MeltingSpot is how easy it is to manage and engage an online community. The interface is intuitive, the design is modern, and features like live events, themed spaces, and member interaction are very well integrated. Plus, the support team and Sebastién (Co-founder & COO) are very responsive and always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

For a global audience, the platform currently lacks broader multilingual support, which can be a limitation when engaging community members from different regions. That said, it’s worth noting that the MeltingSpot team is already aware of this and actively working on improvements in this area, which shows their commitment to continuous development and user feedback.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot helps us address the challenge of creating a continuous and engaging learning environment beyond the limitations of traditional LMS platforms or isolated webinars. Before using it, it was hard to maintain learner engagement and foster real interaction among participants outside of scheduled sessions.
With MeltingSpot, we now have a dedicated, interactive space where learners can access educational content, participate in live sessions, exchange ideas, and stay connected with peers and facilitators. It brings together community-building and learning in a seamless way.
It also solves the issue of tool fragmentation—by centralizing communication, resources, and events in one place, MeltingSpot makes it easier to manage learning programs while encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing across the board.

 ### 4. Strong product, responsive team, growing feature set

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Torie M. | Director of Digital CS and Customer Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

The Community living inside our product is a game changer. Melting spot is also very responsive to product feedback and it feels like they are really building for the customer needs. It's easy to use and we keep expanding our use cases. We are happy to see our community growing rapidly with this tools.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

This is a young company so there are some desired features that aren't yet built, but they are on the roadmap and I have seen consistent delivery of many new key features already.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Melting Spot makes it easy for us to provide scaled Customer Education to our users via video courses and best practice articles. We are also using Discussions to create a community space for users to support and help each other and share questions and ideas.

 ### 5. A truly effective integrated training platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie N. | Responsable Formation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

What I appreciate most about MeltingSpot is how naturally the platform integrates into our product and our daily operations.

Clear and modern interface – for both learners and administrators. The navigation is intuitive, which encourages adoption.

Functional richness – we can combine structured training, webinars, Q&A forums, and community spaces into a single tool.

Increased learner engagement – since the training is integrated directly into our product, users naturally interact with the content while working.

Flexibility in content creation – we can design both short training capsules and complete courses without needing external tools.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

Some features are linked in a way that may seem a bit restrictive. For example, forums are associated with discussion groups, which requires keeping both active even if one only wants to use one of them. It's a minor detail, not a blocker, and the product team is responsive – the platform evolves quickly with regular updates.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, training our users took a lot of time and lacked consistency. We had to rely on:

PDF guides

External training platforms

Live sessions requiring planning and availability

With MeltingSpot:

All training is centralized and permanently accessible directly within our product.

Users learn in context, allowing them to immediately apply what they've learned.

Engagement is much better, and the number of basic questions addressed to support has significantly decreased.

 ### 6. Melting spot, a beautiful platform (to continue refining) to engage a customer community!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xavier S. | Associé, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

A platform that is easy to understand, ergonomic, and relatively comprehensive. Its value lies in the internal actions to be implemented, particularly from an organizational perspective, such as content production and planning an appropriate animation. Moreover, the project team is dynamic, attentive, and available to advise us AND BOOST US!

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

The solution contains some stubborn anomalies that require regular saving and updating to avoid losing the work done. It is also unfortunate that the formatting possibilities are limited.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Melting spot facilitates the centralization and dissemination of deliverables, as well as the management of different types of populations to offer tailored and personalized content and communications.

 ### 7. A major asset for the adoption of our CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

MeltingSpot has transformed our way of training and supporting our teams in adopting our CRM. What I particularly appreciate is:

1. The seamless integration into our CRM to learn directly within it.

2. The customization of learning paths to truly adapt to each person's needs.

3. The different training formats and materials (video, tutorial, quiz...)

4. The responsive support: The MeltingSpot team is always available to answer our questions and is even proactive in onboarding. Nicolas's arrival has really allowed us to take it to the next level.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

There are no major weaknesses to report. Some additional report customization features could be useful, but nothing to criticize for now, as the product is evolving rapidly and updates are regular.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot allows us to improve the use of the CRM, reduces resistance to change, and financially reduces our support costs.

 ### 8. A great LMS solution for SaaS onboarding and education.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donnie K. | Media & Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

The upsides to MeltingSpot:
- Multi-modal learning engagements
- Ease of access for the client
- Content authoring & publishing tools are straightforward
- Smart groups that deliver the right content to the right user at the right time
- Dashboard and metrics make it easy to manage user journeys and translate experiences into bottom line business metrics.
- Good customer service

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

We haven't experienced many downsides. If I had one critique it would be the limitation of the Home Page customization.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot is helping us streamline our onboarding process as real-time, one-to-one trainings cannot scale. In addition, it's allowing us to pursue on-going training with older clients in a way that we couldn't before.

 ### 9. Great for building online community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

We use MeltingSpot to run a private community for startup founders & leaders, combining curated content, events, peer groups, and resource sharing in one place.

The platform is intuitive and easy to customize, which helps us create a space that reflects our brand and meets the evolving needs of our audience. It’s especially helpful for bringing structure to things like talent support, service providers, and internal programming.

The team behind MeltingSpot is also a real plus, responsive, open to feedback, and helpful in getting new features rolled out smoothly.
A strong choice for any collective looking to organize and scale its community experience.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

Having to remind our community to make that their first point of call

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 10. A structuring and promising tool for SaaS Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clémence G. | Co-fondatrice | Forbes 100 Women Founders 2018, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

What I like best about MeltingSpot is its ability to centralize all community interactions, onboarding flows, and content into a single, easy-to-use hub. It turns passive user groups into active communities by blending live events, knowledge sharing, and structured learning paths in one place. The platform is intuitive, customizable, and built with engagement in mind.
Bonus: the ability to create segmented experiences for different audiences (clients, partners, internal teams) without juggling multiple tools is a huge productivity win.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

I wouldn’t say I “dislike” anything about MeltingSpot — the platform works well and keeps improving. That said, there are a few areas where enhancements would make a big difference:

- Page layout and visual customization could be more flexible, especially within learning modules or course formats.
- We’d also love to see more features supporting structured learning paths and elements of gamification, which would enhance user engagement and progression tracking.

That being said, the tech support team is highly responsive and already working on many of these areas, which is a big plus for us. It gives us confidence in the platform’s roadmap and its ability to evolve alongside our needs.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot helps us centralize community engagement, training content, and onboarding into a single platform — which used to be fragmented across emails, webinars, and shared drives.
This solves several key problems:
- We now have a structured space for resources, FAQs, and tutorials that’s always accessible.
- Instead of repeating the same onboarding calls, we use courses and live sessions to onboard customers.
- With discussion spaces, we’ve created a more active, participative experience — which helps reduce pressure on our support teams, as many questions are now redirected to MeltingSpot instead of one-on-one requests.

 ### 11. Very Simple Platform That Delivers Great Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared O. | Manager, Scaled Customer Success and Community , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

The UI is very simple for admins and community members alike. I also like how customizable it is. Hosting our live sessions as well as posting webinar recordings makes having all our resources in one place much easier. It was also great to integrate it with our main platform so community members can access it without logging into a different platform.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

It would be nice to have better ways to monitor posts by either approving them before they are posted or having certain words or phrases that are flagged, causing the post not to be posted and reported to admins.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to connect with a broader customer base without having a dedicated CSM/AM for each customer. It also provides our customers with a larger resource library that is easy to access and navigate.

 ### 12. A powerful platform to train and engage our users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

MeltingSpot has transformed our way of training our clients and supporting them in getting to grips with our product. Here are the points I particularly appreciate:

A modern and clear interface, both on the admin side and the user side. Easy to handle, even without experience in LMS.

A great wealth of functionality: we can offer structured courses, live replays, documents, video tutorials, events, and also animate a community with forums or groups.

A 100% integrated experience with our application: our users access the training without leaving our interface. This greatly increases their engagement.

Precise targeting options: we can display the right content to the right people, according to their profile or usage.

Ultra-responsive customer support: the MeltingSpot team is attentive, available, and constantly improves the platform.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

A minor improvement point: the forums are currently linked to discussion groups. This requires activating both if one wants to use a forum, even if one does not necessarily want to manage a full group.

This is not a blocker, but it's a small ergonomic point that could be optimized. Fortunately, the product evolves quickly and the team is very open to feedback.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before MeltingSpot, our training strategy was fragmented: PDF tutorials, YouTube videos, Zoom sessions, Notion base... All manual, not very engaging, and difficult to measure.

Today, thanks to MeltingSpot, we have:

A centralized training space accessible 24/7, directly integrated into our product

More autonomous users, who find answers without contacting support

Better product activation from the first days of use

A significant reduction in repetitive questions, which frees up our team

It's a real lever for efficiency, user satisfaction, and retention.

 ### 13. A complete solution to train and engage our users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

MeltingSpot has profoundly changed the way we train and support our clients. Here is what I particularly appreciate:

A seamless integration into our product: the experience is fully embedded, our users access training content without leaving our interface.

A great variety of formats: structured courses, webinar replays, documents, videos, live events... We can really adapt to the needs and preferences of each user.

An intuitive admin interface: even without being an expert, one can create and organize courses very easily.

Impeccable customer support: the MeltingSpot team is always available, attentive, and very proactive in the continuous improvement of the platform.

Powerful tools to personalize the experience: between smart groups and courses, we can really segment our audience and deliver the right content to the right people.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

Honestly, there is no blocking point. The solution is evolving quickly and it feels like the roadmap is built in connection with customer feedback.

If a point of improvement needs to be mentioned: custom properties could be a bit more flexible for some complex cases. But nothing limiting in our current use.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had two major challenges at Oscar Home:

Training our clients to use our platform without constantly involving the support team.

Guiding new users in their first steps to prevent drop-offs.

Thanks to MeltingSpot:

Onboarding is faster, smoother, and above all, accessible at any time.

Our users improve their skills autonomously, which significantly reduces the load on our support.

We can analyze the journeys to understand where users get stuck and adapt our training strategy.

Concrete result: a significant decrease in basic questions to support and an increase in product activation within the first few weeks.

 ### 14. A powerful tool to train our users directly within our product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

What I appreciate the most is MeltingSpot's ability to offer training content directly within our product interface. We can create onboarding paths, interactive courses, or live replays, and then display them at the right time, in the right place, according to the user's profile or usage.
The admin interface is very intuitive, even for a product team without LMS expertise. And the customer support is really attentive, with responsive and personalized assistance.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

The platform is still young, so some advanced features (like more in-depth analytics or fine-tuned customization options) are in development. That said, the product team is very responsive to our feedback and we have already seen several rapid changes following our suggestions.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before MeltingSpot, our user onboarding relied mainly on 1:1 interactions, PDF documents, or generic webinars. It was time-consuming and not very scalable. Today, we can industrialize our product education strategy while making it more personalized and accessible. The result: our users are more autonomous, ask fewer questions to support, and activate key features faster.

 ### 15. An essential tool for training in context, easy to integrate and use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

What I appreciate most about MeltingSpot is its ability to deliver integrated training directly into the workflow. The interface is easy to navigate and integrates seamlessly with our existing tools, making it easy to implement contextualized training. The ability to customize learning paths according to the specific needs of users ensures effective engagement and adoption.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

MeltingSpot is a young solution, and although many features are already very efficient, some advanced options are still in development. However, I am convinced that these additions will further enrich the user experience.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot solves the problem of digital tool adoption by our teams by offering training directly within the tool they use. This reduces the need for external training sessions and decreases the number of repetitive questions. We have seen a reduction in operational errors and a time gain in the activation of new users.

 ### 16. Comprehensive user engagement platform that streamlined our onboarding process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

The platform offers several standout features that have transformed how we engage our users:

Seamless integration - The platform integrated smoothly into our existing product ecosystem without major technical hurdles
Rich content variety - Extensive range of learning materials including interactive tutorials, live webinars, and community forums
Responsive support team - Customer success team is highly reactive and genuinely listens to our feedback and feature requests
User-friendly interface - Both admin dashboard and end-user experience are intuitive and require minimal training
Robust analytics - Detailed insights into user engagement patterns help us optimize our content strategy

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

Some minor features could be enhanced, though the development team consistently rolls out improvements based on user feedback.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot addresses several critical challenges we faced:

Accelerated onboarding - New users get up to speed 40% faster through guided learning paths
Reduced churn rates - Better user engagement translates to improved retention metrics

Enhanced product adoption - Users discover and utilize more features through contextual guidance
Improved user satisfaction - More confident users lead to higher NPS scores

 ### 17. Efficient, intuitive and powerful platform for in-product training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

MeltingSpot is by far the most intuitive and flexible training platform I’ve worked with. Several features stand out and truly make a difference in our daily operations:

Seamless in-app integration: Being able to embed training modules directly into our internal tools is a game-changer. Users don’t need to leave the product—they learn while using it.

Content diversity: We can create and mix live webinars, pre-recorded courses, quick tips, and even discussion forums. This flexibility allows us to tailor the format to each type of user.

User-friendly interface: As a technician, I appreciate how easy it is to configure and deploy new content. But most importantly, the experience is smooth and engaging for our users.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

There’s nothing major to complain about. The product is evolving fast, and every month brings new improvements. If I had to mention something:

Some advanced features (like smart rules or custom properties) are still evolving, but the roadmap is transparent, and we’ve already seen steady progress.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use MeltingSpot to provide continuous in-app training to both our internal teams and external users. Here’s how it helps us:

Faster onboarding: New users get access to contextual training exactly when they need it, which shortens ramp-up time dramatically.

Knowledge retention: Instead of overwhelming people with one-time sessions, we spread learning over time with targeted modules that appear within their daily workflows.

Fewer support tickets: By addressing recurring questions through embedded content, we reduce low-value requests and free up time for our support and training teams.

Stronger product adoption: People actually use the features we build, because they finally understand their value and how to use them effectively.

 ### 18. A practical solution for software adoption in context

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

What I appreciate most about MeltingSpot is its innovative approach to contextual training. The direct integration of learning paths into the tools we use daily greatly facilitates the adoption of new features without disrupting the workflow. The interface is intuitive, allowing our teams to train smoothly without having to divert from their usual tasks.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

A slight area for improvement would be to optimize certain advanced features, such as the integration of content from external sources (for example, external video modules). Although MeltingSpot is very comprehensive, I think it could further expand its capabilities to integrate diverse formats into its environment.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot solves our major problem of software adoption by teams. Before, it was difficult to ensure continuous and contextual training without resorting to long sessions or unengaging manuals. Thanks to MeltingSpot, each user can train directly within the tool according to their needs and gaps, which improves efficiency and reduces the need for support.

 ### 19. Melting Spot is a platform with potential

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

- Users can access the spot from our platform
- The design looks modern
- The implementation with our tool was easy
- The customer support is reactive
- It's relatively easy to use Melting Spot

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

We are somewhat constrained by the platform's personalization options, as it only allows for three columns, round images. Additionally, we are unable to adjust the text size, limited to just headings and standard text. The platform also lacks sufficient features in the courses section to support an effective training program. We now this is being develop but at the present it's complicated for us.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Melting Spot gave us the opportunity to do our workaround for the multilingual system. Some issues have been resolved from the training size, so that's positive.

 ### 20. Contextual training and rapid adoption with MeltingSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

MeltingSpot stands out for its integrated and contextual approach to training. What impressed me the most is the way the training sessions are offered directly within the workflow, allowing our teams to train using the tools they already use. The interface is intuitive, and the platform is easy to adopt, even for those who do not have prior experience in e-learning.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

The only downside is that some advanced features, such as custom properties or certain aspects of journey customization, are still in development. However, the platform is evolving rapidly, and the constant improvements suggest a promising future.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot solves several issues for Nodalview, notably the adoption of internal tools and the upskilling of employees. Thanks to the training integrated into the software we use daily, we have been able to accelerate the onboarding of new employees and reduce the number of support tickets related to bad practices. In addition to that, the tool allows us to track the progress of employees in an automated and personalized way, which facilitates monitoring and improves efficiency.

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

 ### 29. A community up and running in no time!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anders R. | Head of Customer Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2024

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

After evaluating several community platforms, what landed us with Meltingspot was the ease of use. What might seem like a simple platform at first, will in fact more than do the job we needed it to do - and the simplicity comes from a well designed product.

Forum was up and running immediately, and we could move from a complex setup of Zoom integration with LMS to a easy to manage Live setup with Meltingspot. We work with Meltingspot on a "more than daily" basis now.

We could easily integrate the community into our product because of their nice embedding feature, and with the recently developed API we can also make the log-in for our users smooth.

The organisation listens and takes you seriously as a customer, enforcing the feeling of a partnership. This was also especially important to us.

For us, at our phase of a branded customer community, Meltingspot was just right for us.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

If you are a large enterprise with lots of resources, this platform does not offer the customisation you would expect. They have a way to go in terms of their security measurements and API development. Also, like any early stage company, you have have to expect bugs. I dont mind that, as long as they are swiftly attended - and I feel they are. Also, their development is moving forward fast, so I expect both APIs and security measures to improve over time.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meltingspot enables us to enable our customers. Customer enablement for us means educating customers on how to use our product, engaging with them in meaningful interactions to inspire them to get even more value from our product and supporting them when they are stuck.

 ### 30. Effective platform for structured in-app learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

It allows us to centralize all our training resources and deliver them directly in context, which makes adoption easier for our teams and partners. The interface is clear, and setting up learning paths is straightforward once you get used to it.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

Like any new platform, it requires a short onboarding period for admins to fully master all features.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us onboard and train sales teams faster, ensuring they adopt new tools and processes more efficiently.

 ### 31. Effective and practical training solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

What I appreciate most about MeltingSpot is its ability to offer training directly within the application. This allows us to learn in a targeted way without leaving our workflow. It's very convenient and time-saving.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

The initial setup requires a bit of configuration to fully integrate with our tools, but once in place, everything works perfectly.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot solves the problem of tool adoption by offering contextual and real-time training, which accelerates onboarding and improves knowledge retention.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in-app integration that facilitates access to information
the SSO
the widgets that allow contextual access

 ### 33. Integrated and efficient training for the public sector

I especially appreciate its seamless integration into the workflow, with contextual training accessible directly within the application. The interface is clear and easy to use, which promotes quick adoption.

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

The link between discussion groups and forums can be improved. Keep both active, even if one only wants one or the other, which is a bit restrictive.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeltingSpot allows us to centralize training and make it continuously accessible. This facilitates onboarding and reduces training costs.

 ### 34. Essential webinar platform and quality support for teams

Our expert users can interact with the more novice ones, share their experience and good advice. Since we have a niche clientele, they face common issues and therefore understand the challenges of the profession. This also helps us to centralize improvement suggestions, to see which ones are most requested. On the live side, we can now hold workshops so that everyone can participate with an open mic, which is more interactive and enjoyable for the users.

 ### 42. Does what we need

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

- Be able to manage client notifications, as they already receive a lot of emails, or disable them by default.
- For notification emails, allow the option to modify the size of the banner at the top of the emails (it's somewhat inconvenient).

Homepage:

- Avoid the possibility of having two pages based on the client's language.
- Be able to move blocks up and down, as currently, we have to start everything from scratch.

Webinar:

- The speaker cannot see the list of attendees during the live session.
- When inviting a speaker, there should be a search function (the current search system is not very intuitive).

Not loosing the customer is their journey

Interface and the multiple channels to reach your customer from 1 to many. Ensure a qualitative adoption at a minimum CS time and cost

 ### 50. Perfect Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles H. | Co-Fondateur, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2023

**What do you like best about MeltingSpot?**

I love UI that goes to the point - it asks really heavy work. That's the way the user environment can be cristal clear - because community members are not all geeks. No compromise on robustness though. And new features developments are also very rapid. The support is really great, both in terms of using the platform and building the community.
Did I say I'm a big fan ?

**What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?**

Still some work to be done on the clarity of the messages in the discussions area... but frankly a detail at this stage.

**What problems is MeltingSpot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to learn for administrators and very simple for community users
