Great support that works in multiple languages. They respond quickly, accurately, and can be reached out with any kind of issue. In our case, we even have a dedicated account manager.

We primarily use their CDN services. We were offered competitive pricing comparing to other CDN providers. We had some custom configuration requests, which were totally handled.

Billing System Needs Improvement

Each service generates a separate invoice, which makes the payment process inconvenient — especially when managing multiple servers or services.

We’re a small ISP and use a some servers from Melbicom for routing and some backend stuff. The thing I like most is their support team -they actually respond and don’t just send you copy-paste replies. Also, their pricing is fair enough, especially for EU locations (we use xeon cpu).
