I had a very positive experience with Melbicom. When I needed to request a refund, the process was surprisingly smooth and straightforward. Most providers would immediately suspend or block the account when a refund is initiated, but Melbicom handled it professionally without suspending my account.

**What do you like best about Melbicom?**

After spending ages hunting for a budget-friendly VPS that doesn’t compromise on hardware, I decided to give Melbicom a try. So far, the stability has been excellent. I’m running some fairly heavy containers, and everything still feels snappy, with no throttling at all. At this price point, honest resource allocation is getting rare.<br><br>The only real downside for me is the 5TB bandwidth cap. If they offered truly unmetered traffic, they’d be absolutely unbeatable. Even with that limit, though, the value for money is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Melbicom?**

The 5 TB monthly bandwidth limit on VPS plans. While 5 TB is more than enough for everyday workloads, having to keep an eye on bandwidth caps is slightly restrictive. If they offered unmetered traffic by default, the service would be practically flawless.

My VPS took about 20 minutes to set up after the order. I actually started writing a support ticket, but didn't even have to send it because the server went live right then.

Melbicom provides exceptional server performance, rock-solid uptime, and an amazingly stable network infrastructure. What I appreciate most is their high-speed connectivity paired with very competitive pricing. On top of that, their technical support team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help resolve any setup or technical queries promptly. It gives us complete peace of mind for our critical operational workload

**What do you dislike about Melbicom?**

There isn't much to dislike. Since their management control panel offers advanced configuration options, it might require a small learning curve for complete beginners. However, for anyone with basic tech or sysadmin experience, it works smoothly, and their support is always available to guide you.

Melbicom solves our need for a scalable, high-speed, and ultra-reliable hosting infrastructure across multiple geographic regions. Before using Melbicom, we struggled with frequent latency spikes and unpredictable network throttling from other providers. **What do you like best about Melbicom?**

What I like most about Melbicom is the combination of fast VPS deployment, good infrastructure and very responsive technical support. We use their VPS infrastructure for production network services, so network quality and the ability to get technical assistance quickly are particularly important to us.
The server was provisioned quickly and the control panel is straightforward to use. What impressed me most, however, was the support. When we recently reported a network connectivity issue affecting traffic from a specific ISP, the support team responded within minutes and immediately started asking for the relevant technical details, including affected IP addresses, traceroute and MTR results. The communication has been fast, professional and technically focused rather than relying on generic responses.
For infrastructure where networking matters, having support that actually engages with diagnostic data is a significant advantage. The pricing is competitive for the infrastructure and geographic coverage provided. For us, the value comes not only from the VPS resources themselves, but also from the range of available locations, fast deployment and responsive technical support. Overall, I consider the price-to-value ratio very good, especially when building distributed infrastructure across multiple regions.

**What do you dislike about Melbicom?**

The main downside I have encountered is that network quality can vary depending on the location and routing. On one of our recently deployed VPS instances, we experienced a connectivity issue affecting traffic from a specific mobile network, while comparable servers in other locations worked normally.
The issue is currently being investigated with Melbicom support, so I cannot yet say where the root cause lies. I would therefore like to see more consistent routing and network performance across locations, as well as better visibility into network paths and upstream connectivity from the customer portal.
That said, the support team's response to the issue has been very fast and professional.

**What problems is Melbicom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Melbicom to expand the geographic coverage of our network infrastructure. Having VPS locations in different countries allows us to deploy network nodes closer to users, improve geographic redundancy and avoid relying on a single hosting provider or location.
For our use case, the main benefits are the availability of multiple locations, fast server deployment and the flexibility to add capacity when needed. This makes it easier for us to build and maintain a distributed infrastructure and to move workloads between locations when network conditions require it.
Melbicom therefore helps us scale our infrastructure geographically while keeping deployment and day-to-day server management relatively simple.

High-performance infrastructure and rock-solid stability are what set Melbicom apart. Their cloud VPS solutions deliver exceptionally fast NVMe storage read/write speeds and low-latency network connectivity, which made an immediate difference in our application response times.
​What impressed me most is the consistency of their hardware—you actually get the dedicated resources and CPU performance you pay for, without the noisy-neighbor throttling common with other providers. Paired with a user-friendly dashboard for instant server deployment and scalable configurations, it provides an unbeatable balance of speed, reliability, and value for high-demand workloads.

The pricing structure for bandwidth overages can be slightly higher compared to base plans, so you need to monitor usage carefully if you run bandwidth-intensive apps. Additionally, while the core control panel is clean and responsive, the UI feels a bit developer-focused and could benefit from a few more automated one-click management templates for beginners.

We previously struggled with unpredictable network latency and IOPS bottlenecks during peak traffic hours on hyperscaler cloud platforms, which drove up operational costs without delivering consistent performance.

**What do you like best about Melbicom?**

Latency and route quality from Eastern Europe. I tested their public data centre IPs before ordering — Warsaw averaged 30 ms from Minsk with only 1 ms of jitter, Vilnius 33 ms with 4 ms. I chose Warsaw for the lower jitter rather than the lower average. The delivered server matched the test figure at ~34 ms with zero packet loss across repeated runs, so the advertised connectivity is the actual connectivity. That is not always the case with budget VPS providers.

Real KVM virtualisation with full kernel control. I needed to load the WireGuard kernel module, which container-based plans typically won't allow. Ubuntu 24.04 from their template, one apt upgrade and reboot, module loaded.

The assigned IPv4 was clean across all 60 blacklists I checked — no need to request a replacement address.

The web VNC console saved me a support ticket when my SSH client mangled the initial root password. Being able to reset it directly from the panel is the kind of thing you only appreciate when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Melbicom?**

The billing panel blocks adding funds until an order exists, so you have to create the order first and pay second. Not obvious, and I lost time working out the sequence.

Payment was fiddly. My first card was declined at the Stripe step; a second one cleared once the billing address matched the issuing bank's country. Worth knowing if you're ordering from outside the EU.

**What problems is Melbicom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a private VPN gateway with a stable, predictable European exit point instead of a shared commercial VPN IP. I had been routing through a public volunteer node that turned out to sit in East Asia, which meant every request crossed the planet twice. Moving to a Warsaw server cut round-trip latency roughly eightfold. The dedicated IP also means none of the shared-address side effects — no captchas, no reputation problems inherited from other users.

The control panel on the website is clean and intuitive — it's easy to navigate even if you're not a seasoned sysadmin. What stood out most is the pricing: Tokyo-based VPS servers are genuinely affordable compared to competitors, which is hard to find for Asian locations.

One feature I really appreciate is the built-in VNC access directly from the website. If something goes wrong with your server and you lose SSH access, you can jump in through the browser without any third-party tools. That's a solid safety net.

**What do you dislike about Melbicom?**

On the downside, there's no free backup option — not even a single snapshot included in the base plan. For users running anything important, having at least one complimentary backup slot would make a real difference. This feels like a gap in an otherwise well-rounded service.

**What do you like best about Melbicom?**

Melbicom provides a wide range of dedicated servers: different configurations, premium for strong system operation performance / reliability and affordable/low pricing for non-mission critical tasks, CPU and GPU-based, located in Europe, US, and Asia, capped and unmetered for heavy-traffic workloads. Apart from the hardware itself; the support is ahead of any other provider I worked before – enterprise level approach, professional, especially around networking – which is super rare nowadays. They also provide a powerful API to connect control area to AI agents which saves time with managing services w/o the need to use client area.

**What do you dislike about Melbicom?**

More of a personal preference, I don't find WHMCS-powered client areas. Hopefully the team will built something on top if it, so it looks prettier.

We use Melbicom dedicated server to run isolated AI agents / agentic workflows for our clients; while ensuring the highest level of stability, strong performance, and security not really available with virtual machines.

Setup was fast — had the VPS running and configured the same day I signed up. I pinged support about an SSH key issue and got a real answer, not a boilerplate ticket response. A month in, no downtime, no weirdness with performance. Honestly, for a pet project this is about as good a deal as it gets. Didn't shop around much on price, but the balance of cost, reliability, and what you actually get to work with feels right.

What I like most about Melbicom is its stable VPS performance and simple management interface. I was looking for a VPS for my cryptocurrency trading bot for quite a long time and compared several providers before choosing Melbicom. The server was deployed quickly, and the setup process was straightforward. The VPS has been stable, which is very important for applications that need to run 24/7. I also like that the control panel is easy to navigate, making it simple to manage the server. The pricing is competitive for the resources provided, and the server location in Asia offers good latency for my use case. Overall, Melbicom has provided a reliable environment for my projects and has met my expectations.

**What do you dislike about Melbicom?**

Overall, my experience with Melbicom has been very positive, but I think there is still room for improvement. I would like to see a built-in web terminal and a live console in the client area so I could monitor my running applications and bots without connecting through SSH every time. It would also be very useful to have a built-in file editor with syntax highlighting, allowing users to quickly edit configuration files or source code directly from the control panel. Another improvement would be a more integrated cryptocurrency payment system inside the client area, making it easier to pay invoices without leaving the dashboard. These features would make server management faster and even more convenient, especially for developers and VPS users.

**What problems is Melbicom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Melbicom helps me run my automated cryptocurrency trading bot on a VPS that operates 24/7 without depending on my personal computer. Before using a VPS, I had to keep my PC running all the time, which was less reliable and more inconvenient. With Melbicom, my bot continues working even when my computer is turned off or I am away. The stable server environment, good network performance, and simple management interface allow me to focus on improving my software instead of worrying about server availability. For my use case, reliability is essential, and Melbicom has provided a dependable platform for running long-term automated applications.

I use the 1 Gbps port to host a 3x-ui VPN for 30 users, and it handles the traffic without any issues.

The RAM is great, but the dashboard doesn’t offer advanced firewall settings, which feels like a noticeable gap.

We needed a reliable virtual server in Singapore to support distributed remote connectivity across Southeast Asia. With other providers, our main pain points were limited regional availability, restrictive bandwidth caps, and subpar network routing that led to frequent disconnects. Melbicom solved these issues by offering stable hardware with modern processors, dependable routing into Asian ISP backbones, and native dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 support.

The biggest benefit for us has been peace of mind around uptime and network throughput. **What do you like best about Melbicom?**

Been running a VPS on their Latvia node for about a month now, mostly for a personal networking setup. Honestly didn't expect it to be this smooth. Routing across Europe has been really consistent, no random latency jumps or anything weird with packet loss that I could notice. Uptime is the part that actually sold me though a full month, zero disconnects, zero downtime. For anything network related that's basically the whole point.<br><br>Just renewed it today actually, which I think says more than any of the above. If it wasn't worth it I'd have just let it lapse.

**What do you dislike about Melbicom?**

Two small things. Crypto payment fees felt a little higher than I expected, could be lower or at least clearer before you commit to paying. And server delivery/provisioning wasn't instant took a bit of waiting, would've been nice if it was quicker. Neither is a dealbreaker, just things that could be smoother.

**What problems is Melbicom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a reliable server in Europe for a personal networking project where consistent uptime and good routing actually matter not just works most of the time Melbicom's Latvia location solved that for me. The stability means I don't have to babysit the server or worry about random disconnects messing things up, and the routing quality within Europe has been noticeably better than I expected for the price. It basically lets me set things up once and not think about the infrastructure layer again, which is exactly what I wanted.

There's a problem setting up automatic payment cycles through the customer's personal account - I can't link bank cards from the payment aggregator.

What I like most about Melbicom is their ability to offer BGP sessions with VPS servers at a very competitive price. For anyone working with their own ASN or needing advanced routing capabilities, this is a big advantage, especially since options like this are quite limited in Lithuania. The pricing makes it accessible not only for companies but also for individual developers and network enthusiasts.

Another important factor is stability. In my experience, the service has been running smoothly without interruptions or unexpected downtime. The BGP sessions remain consistent, and the overall network performance has been reliable, which is critical for maintaining proper routing and availability.

Overall, Melbicom provides a strong balance between cost and quality. If you need affordable BGP support combined with stable VPS infrastructure, they are definitely a provider worth considering.

Normally, setting up BGP sessions and using your own ASN can be complex and expensive, often requiring dedicated hardware or enterprise-level providers. With Melbicom, this becomes much more accessible by allowing BGP sessions directly on VPS servers.

This benefits me by giving full control over routing and network configuration without needing to invest in costly infrastructure. I can manage my own ASN, test routing setups, and build flexible network solutions much more easily.

Another key benefit is stability. The service runs consistently without interruptions, which is essential for maintaining reliable routing and uptime. This allows me to focus on my projects without worrying about downtime or network issues.

Automatic payment systems and semi manual approve because this measures of the security of fraud, approves customer can know that administrators monitors their payments.
Their automatic payments system includes local product integration which improves auto deployment UI and their chosen iso template.
I didn't fully experience their support but I heard already they support is good as pricing.
