**What do you like best about McLean & Company?**

We have been working with McLean & Company for the past two years for our employee engagement, new hire, and exit surveys, as well as taking advantage of the many webinars available to us as a client. They offer a wealth of resources to support our HR needs (and beyond), and the information they provide has been invaluable to me and my team.

Everyone we have worked with has been a pleasure. They are true subject matter experts who are always ready to answer our questions promptly and thoroughly. The ease of their survey administration has helped us increase participation rates, and the resulting data has been instrumental in guiding initiatives to further improve culture at Crombie. We truly enjoy collaborating with them on many important projects and look forward to continuing our partnership.

**What do you dislike about McLean & Company?**

While there is an incredible amount of information and resources available through McLean & Company, the sheer volume can feel overwhelming for someone new to the platform. This is not a complaint, but rather a recommendation for improvement. For first-time users, we recommend setting aside dedicated time to explore the site and seeking guidance from a McLean representative on how to best navigate the platform. This helps ensure that new users can quickly find what they need without feeling overloaded.

**What problems is McLean & Company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smooth process when administering the employee engagement survey. Able to use the data to make improvements within the organization and enhance culture.

**What do you like best about McLean & Company?**

McLean and Company is a research based HR resources and excellent provider of organizational diagnostic tools.

**What do you dislike about McLean & Company?**

It is always hard to switch Engagement tools providers.  They did their best to map the trending questions.

**What problems is McLean & Company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I take advantage of the McLean membership already and having the engagement survey including in the membership saved my organization significant costs.  Also, the McLean benchmarking group was more robust than our past provider and they were able to segment our results for our complex organizational structure and provide us a custom trending report that we will be able to manually leverage to track trends from our last survey provider.

The people, the research and the service. We have a great working relationship with everyone we interact with.

I do not have any dislikes about McLean.

**What problems is McLean & Company solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us gain insight quickly. The research and tools are extremely helpful. Additionally, the employee engagement survey set up and insights have been informative for us. We've been able to engage with our executives and employees in a more comprehensive way.
