**What do you like best about Max Condo Club?**

Max Condo Club has given me all what I need to have in one place so it's convenient for me. These include resident communication, financial tracking, and maintenance requests that can all be done from one dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Max Condo Club?**

The communication aspect on the Max Condo Clud is not very well developed. The pile up of the messages and documents is very difficult to navigate and one can easily loose track of very important information.

**What problems is Max Condo Club solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maz Condo Club helps to address the issues that are common to those managing a condo association. The centralised system provides easy access to financials, maintenance work orders and resident information.
