(1)4.0/5

Max Condo Club is condo and HOA management software for property management companies. It gives property managers one platform for every condo and HOA they manage. Communication: email and message all residents across one building or the whole portfolio. Includes announcements, push notifications, surveys, polls and votes, RSVPs, and automatic translation. Service requests: residents submit requests from the resident portal. Emails sent to the building are matched to the right resident and unit. AI sorts each request by type, urgency and sentiment. Front desk and security: package logging with AI label scanning and pickup records, key log, visitor parking, incident reports, daily security reports and a pass-on log. Amenity booking with online card payments. Documents with AI summaries, a resident directory, a report builder, and an Ask AI assistant for staff. Portfolio view: leadership sees ticket speed, response times and resident satisfaction across buildings, so at-risk buildings surface early. White-label branding available. Pricing: paid subscription priced per unit, with all features included and no setup or per-user fees. See https://www.maxcondoclub.com/pricing. Resident iOS and Android apps are coming soon; the resident portal works in any mobile browser.
