What do you like best about MAPERS?

I got a flexibility of the review cycle and define individual or team goals as a plus. It enables the performance management process to be aligned to the required processes for the specific team or for project requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MAPERS?

I have also noticed the absence of the collaborative feedback feature. It is possible to have an impression that the review process is unidirectional and mainly concerned with the manager’s feedback to the employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
