**What do you like best about Manitou ATS?**

It's user friendly and easily customizable for people with the proper permissions. 

**What do you dislike about Manitou ATS?**

I don't personally have all the permissions I need to get the job done. 

**What problems is Manitou ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes the customizing is too liberal, so the same problem gets labeled as 20 different things, so you have to ask a manager what they mean. The benefits are that it's easy to use.
