&lt;p&gt;The biggest upgrade risk is usually inherited customization rather than the core Infor technology itself. I’d compare how each partner audits undocumented workflows, validates migrated data, and stages cutover in regulated environments where downtime or reporting gaps aren’t acceptable.&lt;/p&gt;
