**What do you like best about Mango Voice?**

I find Mango Voice very simple to use, which is a big plus for me. Its all-in-one software is accessible from any location, and I can answer on my cell phone via the app, making it incredibly convenient. The wifi-based phones with faxing and texting integration significantly help my dental office phone system. Also, their customer service has been helpful in answering any questions I have, which I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Mango Voice?**

The phone system goes down if the internet is interrupted.

**What problems is Mango Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mango Voice provides WiFi-based phones with faxing and texting integration, is simple to use, operates from any location, and allows answering calls via a cell phone app.
