&lt;p&gt;If QuickBooks is a hard requirement, I’d insist on a live sync demo before shortlisting either one. A clean GL export can work, but once someone has to reconcile invoices manually every month, you’ve reintroduced the exact overhead the all-in-one platform was supposed to remove.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The GL-export point makes sense, especially if the alternative is a “native” integration that still needs reconciliation. I’d test the ugly cases in the demo: amendments, partial payments, credits, and terminated leases. A clean monthly invoice sync is easy. Has anyone seen Odessa or InfoLease keep QuickBooks aligned when the underlying lease changes mid-period?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;From finance teams I&#39;ve compared notes with, a clean GL export into QuickBooks is fine, and chasing a native badge narrows the shortlist for the wrong reason. What actually matters is whether the export maps to your chart of accounts without manual re-coding every month. Ten minutes of CSV import beats a native integration that posts to the wrong accounts.&lt;/p&gt;
