**What do you like best about Makesbridge?**

I like that Makesbridge is a true all-in-one marketing automation platform that combines email marketing, lead scoring, automation workflows, and analytics in one unified system. It doesn't force us to use clunky third-party add-ons and is specifically built for B2B teams rather than just for basic email blasts, which makes a huge difference for us. I appreciate how well it balances power and simplicity for our B2B team, which doesn't have a large marketing or tech staff.

**What do you dislike about Makesbridge?**

The biggest frustration is the advanced reporting and analytics feel somewhat rigid. We can’t fully customize dashboards to track the exact B2B metrics we care about—like pipeline influence, lead velocity, or campaign-to-closed-won revenue. Exporting deeper data often requires extra formatting work for stakeholder presentations. We need fully customizable dashboards that let us pick, arrange, and save the exact metrics we care about—like lead source ROI, sales-qualified lead (SQL) conversion rate, funnel velocity, and campaign revenue impact. Right now, the widgets are preset, so we can’t tailor it to our team’s priorities. Better closed-loop reporting that connects marketing campaigns directly to CRM opportunities and closed-won deals. We want to see exactly which emails, landing pages, and nurture paths actually drive revenue—not just opens and clicks. That’s essential for proving marketing ROI to leadership.

I use Makesbridge for advanced drip marketing, behavioral targeting, and sales automation. I like the diversity of services it offers and the professional tools it has to run the business. The best thing about Makesbridge is its automation and lead management tools.

**What do you dislike about Makesbridge?**

The thing that doesn't work well is the support; they never respond or solve any of your problems. Also, the platform looks clunky and old and has glitches. They have weak CRM integration and inconsistent calculation. It was a bit hard for the initial setup.

Makesbridge cuts costs with automation, manages cold unqualified leads, and solves complex customer journeys. I use it for advanced drip marketing, behavioral targeting, and sales automation.

I find Makesbridge to be a very useful tool for mail marketing. It has made a lot of my work automated, allowing me to work faster. It's a very good marketing tool. I like that it can integrate with any tool. The initial setup was smooth.

For mid-range companies, it is good, but I think for large companies, they might feel limitations.

I find Makesbridge a useful tool for mail marketing, automating a lot of my work and speeding up my processes. It's an excellent marketing tool that solves mass mailing challenges and can integrate with any tool.

**What do you like best about Makesbridge?**

I like Makesbridge's lead scoring and email automation features. The lead scoring feature can accurately identify high-value leads, helping the sales team quickly recognize customers with high conversion potential, thereby improving sales efficiency. The email automation feature greatly saves manpower and time, allowing emails to be sent automatically based on preset rules, significantly reducing manual operations. Additionally, I also appreciate the real-time data analysis and system integration features.

**What do you dislike about Makesbridge?**

Insufficient flexibility in workflow customization: Although the workflow setup can meet basic automation needs, it lacks flexibility when dealing with complex business scenarios, such as difficulty in triggering different workflow branches based on multiple dynamic conditions. It is hoped that more powerful logic judgment functions and a more flexible process design interface can be provided to accommodate diverse business processes.

**What do you like best about Makesbridge?**

Makesbridge positions itself as a marketing automation platform that gives marketers some very interesting ways to nurture MQLs before being passed to sales. Some organizations want their CRM to have deep hooks into the marketing automation platform. Others - for a variety of reasons - do not. Makesbridge excels in this second scenario. Some of the stand-out features are Targets, which are dynamic lists and filters that allow marketers to fine-tune who they're pursuing and the ability to use multiple ISPs for email sending. The latter is a highly specific use case, but if you are running multiple and varied email campaigns with lists of varying quality, this feature, alone, could be a lifesaver. Though I've been in marketing automation, forever, my belief is that Makesbridge is likely more beginner-friendly than most other platforms, which would allow teams to see the value faster.

**What do you dislike about Makesbridge?**

Not so much as a dislike, but the product is intentionally designed not to interfere with SF. So whereas you can have automations change lead stages in the Pardots of the world, Makesbridge's touch is intentionally lighter. Depending on your org goals, that's a deal killer or not.

**What problems is Makesbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makesbridge does what most marketing automation software does - allows you to nurture prospects (particularly pre-SQL) through the funnel. Pre-SQL these days often means the ability to send SMS OR to experiment with different lists and ISPs, so the benefits are multi-channel integrations and preserving mail domain quality.

I’m new to Makesbridge but not new to digital marketing and I can say the team and platform are world class. They take the time to understand our business processes then help us diagram and map them into the platform. We have demanding clients who need to know we’re on top of their KPIs and adding value. Makesbridge’s staff go out of their way to make us look brilliant to clients.

I haven't found anything I dislike at the moment. The system is working as it should. When or if something comes up, I'll make sure to add an update to this review.

We are solving issues with the granularity of our marketing campaigns. With Makesbridge you can get as specific as you want.

Makesbridge is incredible for fundamental email and marketing businesses. It is easy to use and lean. Moreover, they offer a free trial for everyone to try out. The support also provides support for implementation assistance when needed. The software makes sales and marketing easy for business.

**What do you dislike about Makesbridge?**

They do not have an option to view the email funnel on a graphical view, also no social monitoring inside the software.

Makesbridge is an excellent tool in the sales environment. It keeps the sales team on track which was a good motivation for me when working as a salesperson in a call center environment.

**What do you like best about Makesbridge?**

First, Makesbridge is super easy to set-up. It's Playbooks are like templates on steroids -- allowing you to deploy advanced campaigns and functionality in a few clicks and a few minutes (something I honestly didn't believe when I first read it).

I was able to sign up for a free trial, select an initial campaign Playbook, and launch my first email campaign to my email list in about an hour. Setting up ALL of my advanced functionality took me the rest of the afternoon. (Other MAPs have taken me weeks or months to do the same.)

I've been around the block a few times on MAPs (I've tried all of the main ones), and Makesbridge is ahead of the innovation curve when it comes to usability, deployability, and minimizing total cost of ownership.

**What do you dislike about Makesbridge?**

The API integration with Makesbridge through Zapier is great (opening up lots of 3rd party functionality), and perfect for small and medium businesses that just need to connect Salesforce.com and a couple normal apps; however, when I'm connecting large and complex integration environments, I'd probably choose one of the big expensive MAP options with advanced API functionality and mature developer markets. Makesbridge is limited in its custom API integration options, just like HubSpot and Pardot are.

**Recommendations to others considering Makesbridge:**

If you need a MAP that is affordable, can be set-up in a day, has killer (free!) support, and doesn't overcomplicate everything, then choose Makesbridge. You won't have to hire special technical consultants or bring on expensive agencies just to get your marketing done.

If you are looking for advanced customizations and need to integrate with lots of advanced platforms, then make sure you can do so through Zapier. If not, you may want to consider one of the more expensive MAP options.

I've used Makesbridge to manage all of my demand generation efforts. I use it for lead-generation, web tracking, automated lead segmentation, automated email nurturing, content delivery, lead scoring and qualification, sales hand-offs, etc.

The biggest benefit has been having everything up and live in a day. Now I have a completely automated lead-generation funnel that hands pre-qualified sales-ready leads to my sales team, and all I have to do is throttle my ad spend.

Return On Investment.  We save on dozens of man hours  by automating millions of emails each month  - which get great delivery and revenue.  The power and simplicity of setting up advanced automation and ISP analytics to optimize delivery and campaign planning has been huge.

If I had to say what I dislike, I'd like to see more connections with our other Cloud apps and some reports in APIs. They are working both!

Be sure to take full advantage of the platform during your trial and take advantage of their team's expertise.

**What do you like best about Makesbridge?**

Makesbridge is a feature-rich solution.  It has the power and features of top tier automation platforms but at a substantially less cost. The benefit for us is faster-realized ROI and a much lower total cost of ownership. Set up of Makesbridge takes hours vs. other solutions I have used which take weeks. 

The integration with Salesforce.com is a breeze. It even operates directly within the Salesforce.com platform. Service and support engineers are second to none.  

The vast set of templates and customization available via easy to use drag and drop email interface makes preparing a communication a breeze. Integrating forms and tracking with the website helps us to create trackable interactions with our target visitors. 

I have yet to come up with a campaign that can not be solved via conditional logic, dynamic content, and automated triggers. Their newest technology Sales Assitant is a sales enablement solution that allows our sales team to automatically change the flow of a campaign based on the client characteristics. This has helped us realize the promise of account-based marketing. 

**What do you dislike about Makesbridge?**

The one area I would like to see some development is around social monitoring or social posting. 

**Recommendations to others considering Makesbridge:**

Don't always gravitate toward the top tier providers or leading brands in the space. Often there are great solutions available that are as feature-rich but not as costly or driven by venture capital which tends to not put a focus on ease of use and support. I feel as though Makesbridge is a true partner focused on my success. 

**What problems is Makesbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem we solve with Makesbridge is unifying our execution around marketing lead generation. From inbound to outbound communications Makesbridge has us covered. We have leveraged many of the automation bots to inform sales, trigger follow, and not lose sight of opportunities that become SQL leads.  We realize many benefits to using Makesbrige the most important is compared to other solutions we have realized a much quicker ROI, accelerated our sales funnel and lowered our total cost of ownership.  Most of this is achieved via rock-solid support, we see Makesbridge as a true partner.

The pricing wise is understandable, yet the entirety of the MakesBridge makes it hard for evaluation- have tried it a few times and got many benefits out of it- not many complaints which is great.

Not the best for communicating amongst peers- but it is a easy platform to get ahead with.

Ehsan, our customer support rep, was outstanding.  Great email marketing platform.

The skin on the Salesforce integration could have been a bit updated to reflect more or a configurable lightning type interface, but still great.  Full utilization of the Salesforce API would be great as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Makesbridge:**

Skin on the Salesforce interface could be updated, but this is cosmetic only.  Full use of the Salesforce API would this an even better product.

**What problems is Makesbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our firm required a highly configurable email automation package to integrate with Salesforce and that would accommodate our lead generation, nurturing, and  sales funnels.  Makesbridge is great, easy to use and highly configurable.  Customer support is second to none!
