MakersHub is the best AP tool I've found on the market for businesses processing a decent amount of bills and want to systemitize their AP process. They seem to have the best OCR training on the market, allowing you to upload a document and have the system do the data entry for you. (LINE ITEMS INCLUDED). MakersHub is amazing from start to finish. We receive a high volume of invoices with multiple line items that are charge to different accounts, projects and classes - what was once slow and cumbersome is now a breeze! Once processed, we approve and pay with MakersHub aligning the actual payments to the due dates so we won't have to worry about late payments plus the money doesn't leave our clients' bank accounts until the due dates which is fab from a cashflow prospective. If all of this wasn't great enough, the support is just above and beyond. For sure, MakersHub has set the bar way and above anything else in the bill pay world. MakersHub is a game changer. The time saved not having to type everything in to a receipt or bill is remarkable! The connection to QuickBooks is amazing! There are so many features to MakersHub that you really need to put the time in to learn it all. However, with the ability to quickly schedule a zoom call with one of the Platform Specialists like Sean is priceless.
