I love MakersHub's unique approach to the chart of accounts, which allowed us to move away from our entirely paper-based system. It saves time and money, especially by reducing the need to print checks. The system is much more secure now. I find it very fun and easy to use. The setup was fairly simple, with support from MakersHub helping us side by side, which made the process less daunting. When we have a payment that's been returned, it's still a little bit more cumbersome for me to go through and figure out which option is the best. Implementation was superb. We received great assistance and the MakersHub implementation manager did an excellent job in guiding us through the various steps. The search feature is what our colleagues in the various departments appreciate most. Easy to find invoices when needed.

There’s truly nothing to dislike about the product — it’s been an excellent solution for our team. What stands out most is the outstanding Support Team and the ease of use within the system, especially for Accounts Payable transaction entries. MakersHub is the best AP tool I've found on the market for businesses processing a decent amount of bills and want to systemitize their AP process. They seem to have the best OCR training on the market, allowing you to upload a document and have the system do the data entry for you. (LINE ITEMS INCLUDED). Basically if you want to create a scalable process to make sure the right bills are approved and paid on time, categorized correctly, and save you a ton of time - this is the product. The invoice recognition is very impressive with mapping settings that can be customized and saved for future invoices from that particular vendor. MakersHub has completely organized what was a very chaotic AP department and process. Their customer support is incredibly fast and accessible. We only wish we had stumbled upon Makershub earlier! An app designed to simplify the approval workflow can make a significant difference. MakersHub is amazing from start to finish. We receive a high volume of invoices with multiple line items that are charge to different accounts, projects and classes - what was once slow and cumbersome is now a breeze! Once processed, we approve and pay with MakersHub aligning the actual payments to the due dates so we won't have to worry about late payments plus the money doesn't leave our clients' bank accounts until the due dates which is fab from a cashflow prospective. If all of this wasn't great enough, the support is just above and beyond. For sure, MakersHub has set the bar way and above anything else in the bill pay world. MakersHub is a game changer. The time saved not having to type everything in to a receipt or bill is remarkable! The connection to QuickBooks is amazing! There are so many features to MakersHub that you really need to put the time in to learn it all. However, with the ability to quickly schedule a zoom call with one of the Platform Specialists like Sean is priceless. Sean is always so kind and clears up any questions or confusion so quickly over zoom. It is this superior customer service that really makes this product rise above all the rest! I highly recommend!
