The support team is very quick and helpful if you have any questions. I wasn't sure at first how to pull some data from different pages in an Excel Attachment. I submitted a ticket and they provided easy instructions in a timely manner. I have worked with other support teams before when and the response time takes much longer and the end result is less than desirable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a slight learning curve to get started. When you first get started it can be confusing because there is so much that you can do with mail parser. Just focus on one thing at a time and you will get it. It took me a minute also just to make sure I was forwarding everything correctly from Gmail but not everything works flawlessly. With the right third party integrations, Mailparser simplifies the data transfer from forms and other data points in our marketing so that it can be used universally and clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data is not stored for long periods of time, so if there is data destruction on one end or an accident, then Mailparser can't be relied on as a backup. I do understand why, but in an emergency, don't look to Mailparser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
