I like that with Mailparser, I can set it and forget it, taking what would be an extensive and time-consuming manual task off my plate. It allows a flow of work that doesn't have to be done manually and ensures that student tracking in our database is correct. I use the inbox to set a series of rules for the flow of emails. The limit that I felt was to parse information for html format mail templates, it results inaccurate parsing sometimes. One other thing that I felt was the security issue for private data. It's a really powerful tool to automatically parse data in emails. We receive hundreds of emails every month from vendors and partners with the same format, so mailparser excels at automating the extraction of relevant data, a real-time and error saver.
