**What do you like best about MagicHow?**

Incredible how easy it is to just follow your regular workflow in the software, click buttons fill in fields and the tool records this for you and turns it into SOPs. I wish I found it earlier as I used to just screenshot everything and type instructions manually. We are launching an LLM visibility SaaS and I'm planning to work on the knowledge base for it with MagicHow - super intuitive and saves tons of time for our team

**What do you dislike about MagicHow?**

I haven't come across any so far, would be cool to have a video feature at some point (to insert videos into sops) but I know the team is already working on it

**What problems is MagicHow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time of our marketing and operations teams - our agency has changed a lot in 2025 - because of AI and SEO changes, we've introduced a bunch of new services like LLM optimization and there've been quite a few new playbooks and processes to introduce to our team as well. Luckily, with MagicHow what took hours previously now takes minutes - what you do is open the software you want to explain in your sop in the browser (you can do desktop too in paid plan) and record the exact sequence of your actions step by step. The tool then translates it into dozens of screenshots and clear instructions - no need to copy paste screenshots and write things manually.

**What do you like best about MagicHow?**

How MagicHow simplifies process documentation for us, and how easy to use their browser extension for documenting our processes and creating training manuals for onboarding new team members. Also, MagicHow's support team super-friendly team that helps us with setup.

**What do you dislike about MagicHow?**

It’s great overall, but we would appreciate having more features for video edition.

**What problems is MagicHow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to create guides for onboarding new team members and for implementing new tools. In our case, from project to project, we may have different sets of tools that teams need to learn and use. We also use it to implement new tools and processes within the sales team.
