"Unlocking Magic Box Potentials to Future Content Authors"
What do you like best about MagicBox?

What I like most is the use of AI-powered tools to streamline workflows. The platform has built-in tools for authoring content creation that can save us significant time. As a content author, I can incorporate interactive elements and multimedia to engage users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MagicBox?

While the AI Tool is a powerful assistant, I might find that the initial output might lack a unique voice or creative spark. That will probably result in taking time to refine the content to make it more humanizing, which will align the company's brand and tone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Perspective as a Content Author"
What do you like best about MagicBox?

What I like:

- The product is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

- It has a classic graphical user interface resulting to definite layouts/buttons objectives.

- The editor is clean and intuitive, making it easy to format without getting lost in menus.

- The setup process was very straightforward and required minimal coding skills (e.g. HTML, CSS)

- I use this platform almost every day as part of my work. Even when there aren’t major updates to publish, I log in frequently to check on the content. It never feels overwhelming, which is a big deal for me since I manage a lot of content.

This product is a great long-term option, as it works seamlessly on various devices without issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking dependable performance.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MagicBox Review"
What do you like best about MagicBox?

What I appreciate most about MagicBox is its wide range of assessment types, including multiple-choice, ordering, association, matching, fill-in-the-blanks (with drop-down and drag-and-drop options), descriptive, comprehension, and audio recording. As a content author (and even as a teacher), this seamlessly allows me to convert traditional assessments into a digital format.

As a science teacher, I am impressed with the rich text editor ability to insert equations and chemical formulas. Note that other platforms struggle with this, as they lack a built-in math equation editor. Whenever I evaluate platforms, this is one of my top concerns: Can it handle simple and complex equations? Are they able to render it clearly? As a science content author, you want to ensure that it not only caters to lower grade levels but also to higher education.

The process of creating questions is also not difficult since the platform is intuitive and user-friendly. This ensures that both teachers and content authors can easily build high-quality assessments.

I also find the tagging feature of the assessment particularly helpful. Finding specific questions is easier due to this feature. Even if the questions banks expands, I can quickly filter and locate the items via their tag, which saves me a lot of time and effort. Aside from the tags, it is easy to find items using the search feature. This is beneficial for me as a content author since it will not be difficult for me to revisit and edit the items at a later time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MagicBox?

One area that I would like to suggest for improvement is the loading speed when creating and saving assessment items. I have noticed that as the number of uploaded assessment items increases, the platform's performance sometimes fluctuates. At times, creating questions is fast and seamless. However, in other instances, creating and saving items takes longer than expected. Improving the consistency of loading speed would make the platform even more efficient and reliable for all types of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Product user as a publisher admin, school admin, teacher, and student"
What do you like best about MagicBox?

The upsides using the MagicBox:

First as a Publisher Admin, the Publisher admin helps me a lot in terms of generating relevant usage report, managing contents, user management, and users configurations.

Second as a School admin, the School admin helps me in terms of managing licenses and monitoring the the users most engaging books.

Third as a Teacher, the Teacher account helps me in managing the class and contents for my students and also the creation of assessment and assignment is convenient and the user experience is excellent.

Lastly as a Student, the Student account is a very user friendly in terms of its available features like library, homework, assessment and reports. And with the helps of the new UI/UX student portal of MagicBox it makes more innovative and eye pleasing. In terms of the reader portal, the lots of available annotation tools helps the student on their activity and improving their knowledge to the lessons.

For the customer support, I appreciate all information and helps and updates that I experience to the Magicbox. They respond fast and clear information that helps us to our concern and issue to the product.

For me the overall use and implementation of the Magicbox is successful and efficient, this is base on the experience and the frequency of use of the client I support and work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great eBook Features, But Reporting Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about MagicBox?

The best product that MagicBox has is the eBook product. The features are really great like embedded assessments, highlighters, etc. It is a nice e-Learning reader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MagicBox?

MagicBox needs better reporting capabilities. It is difficult to use and costs add up when an organization needs to build custom reports every time. Creating a more flexible way for companies to build reports would be ideal. Measuring impact is a high priority.

The product overall is not easy to use and not simple for teachers to implement in their classroom. It would be better to have a more structured onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support and a Reliable Platform"
What do you like best about MagicBox?

Their customer support has been a big plus for me. Whenever I've reached out, they've usually replied quickly. often within a couple of hours, and most issues get sorted out the same day. even if we have different time zone. I've contacted them by email. and all have been helpful. The platform itself is straightforward to use rather than other platforms, and it makes creating and sharing digital content much easier. I also appreciate that their team listens and has made adjustments based on our need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MagicBox?

For more complicated problems, responses can sometimes take longer, especially if different people handle parts of the same request. It can feel a little disjointed. I also think the interface could look a bit more modern, and clearer billing details would be nice. But overall, these are small things compared to how well the platform and team work. "Easy to navigate. Helpful for teachers and learners. Full of knowledge-based materials."
What do you like best about MagicBox?

Of course, as a content author, I find the library and its learning materials helpful because, aside from giving me a platform to introduce our content, it also provides a great advantage to learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MagicBox?

Although the user interface is easy to navigate and access, I think there's still a need to improve its design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
