Great for team processes **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Charlie J. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021 **What do you like best about Macro?** I love that my team and I can collaborate together on the best processes for onboarding new hires, closing new customers, executing renewals, etc. It's process documentation and process automation - all in the same tool. **What do you dislike about Macro?** I'm looking forward to Macro adding more in depth analytics around our past processes. It's a bit limited today but I think they're working on improvements here **What problems is Macro solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are a few key problems we use Macro to solve - clearly documenting our team's different processes - assigning new work to teammates as we hire new folks, sign up new customers, etc and need to run our processes - tracking what work is happening across the company ### 2. The team has been incredibly responsive to suggestions on how to improve the product. **What problems is Macro solving and how is that benefiting you?** After reviewing multiple options for creating and running highly detailed checklists, I've been very happy with Macro's UX/UI design. It's a very clean interface with a lot of powerful functionality that will be able to scale to meet the needs of our podcast production agency. ### 3. As someone in the Recruiting/Talent world, I find that most of the processes we build fall into that category. Macro presents a really solid solution to codify and execute those processes, and on top of that, it helps with knowledge transfer, alignment, and onboarding. Some other things to like are: - Simple, intuitive design - Easy onboarding/low learning curve - Mix of manual and automated steps as you build processes - Integrations with core tools like Gmail and Slack - Great product team exploring and building the best features for users **What do you dislike about Macro?** Macro is still a young product, so there are some gaps in the feature set. That being said and as mentioned above, they seem to have a great team hustling to build out new features rapidly. **What problems is Macro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Macro solves two large problems in my mind: 1. Complex process management -> more efficient processes that are less error-prone 2.
