Macro is a great tool to use if you have tedious, complex processes that require many steps and/or many stakeholders. As someone in the Recruiting/Talent world, I find that most of the processes we build fall into that category. Macro presents a really solid solution to codify and execute those processes, and on top of that, it helps with knowledge transfer, alignment, and onboarding. Some other things to like are: - Simple, intuitive design - Easy onboarding/low learning curve - Mix of manual and automated steps as you build processes - Integrations with core tools like Gmail and Slack - Great product team exploring and building the best features for users
