"Fast, Easy, Great Price, and Top Tier-Support"

What do you like best about Macrium Backup & Restore?

Their support team. The application has very little to know issues. Some of the most complex Backup and Restore options are with laptops and moving between a Single drive to a RAID drive and retain your image. Macrium has this issue covered and any issues I have had the support team is there to quickly solve and walk you through the process. Been using it over 10 years and have deployed Macrium at over 6 companies that use it consistently. The backups are easy and the restore process when on the same machine has a complete script that restores the machine and reboots all automatically with little to no user interaction, this means you can also do them remotely, which is not typically something other backup and restore applications offer. What do you like best about Macrium Backup & Restore?

the software has a straightforward user interface for single users, the setup is fast and the value of being able to retrieve from backup is priceless. I like that files can be read pretty easily from the backup, it can be mounted as a drive for structural side by side retrieval. I like that versioning of backup is easy to follow. What do you dislike about Macrium Backup & Restore?

the management interface had seen revisions in development, making it confusing for user to follow, if they were to use it to mass-monitor multiple installations. Renew licensing needs are often unclear, and lost connection may require getting reset with the customer support, which is weirdly cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
