The Macrium Tools from Site Backup to Technicians USB and Reflect X are all excellent tools and have gotten me out of trouble so many times.

Site Manager is also brilliant for keeping an eye on all your Sites in one place.

Customer Support is amazing and anytime i've had any issues they have gone above and beyond to help me correct it.

Macrium is one of the few software companies I've dealt with that has a consistently prominent level of stability and quality in their products. THere are lots of options when backing up and restoring data/disks. It's easy to use starting from the homescreen dashboard to then selecting the "create backups", "rescue", look through existiung backups, or restore from one. I haven't had any issues with the software yet, so can't judge or rate anything with customer support. I can't say there's much of anytthing to complain about with the software as I've been using it for years and never had to get any kind of "instruction" manual to know how to use it. After years of using Acronis, switching to Macrium Reflect has been a breath of fresh air. The interface is cleaner and more intuitive, performance is noticeably faster, and the ability to boot backup images directly into Hyper-V is a game-changer for testing and recovery. The ease of use and integration. From installation onwards it was completely straightforward, I was using it within 5 minutes and getting the results I wanted for cloning hard drives to update old PCs. It just had a slide across action, couple of clicks and then it was doing all the hard work for me. I would have spent days of my life doing this without using Macrium, instead it's just been chugging away in my office, cloning my drives, honestly could not have been easier. Their support team. The application has very little to know issues. Some of the most complex Backup and Restore options are with laptops and moving between a Single drive to a RAID drive and retain your image. Macrium has this issue covered and any issues I have had the support team is there to quickly solve and walk you through the process. Been using it over 10 years and have deployed Macrium at over 6 companies that use it consistently. The backups are easy and the restore process when on the same machine has a complete script that restores the machine and reboots all automatically with little to no user interaction, this means you can also do them remotely, which is not typically something other backup and restore applications offer. It shows real minutes and seconds remaining, not like Acronis, which is only estimating and is estimating really badly. I used Acronis for almost 20 years now, and now I went to Macrium. It also shows disk speed, write, read, everything. I also like the Ui and tons of options. Acronis is very barebone and they ask nearly the same price as Macrium.
