Tried using the hard drive backup feature using the purge space when space is needed. The drive filled and backups failed. Tried using the feature to back up a certain number of backups. Older backups didn't get erased, drive filled. Sent information to tech support, never heard from them. Sent information to sales (customer support) for their help; never heard from them. It is impossible to find corporate information. In the past, it was good and reliable software with a good support team. Now, I wish I never purchased their software. Ease of use: cannot edit important parts of created jobs. **What problems is AOMEI Backupper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unreliable backups. Scheduled backups not working reliably and do not delete old backups to make room for new backups. We use for cloning systems for disaster recovery. Low licensing costs compared to competitors. Simple setup and common sense notifications--Acronis sends a detailed log in their notifications by default which is unnecessary for most notifications. **What do you dislike about AOMEI Backupper?** The user interface is a bit dated looking but still easy to use. Acronis and other more expensive backup software has better management tools for large installations. Since this was for a small office (10 workstations and 2 servers), the lower licensing cost won out over easier management. **Recommendations to others considering AOMEI Backupper:** Our biggest consideration was cost. If you are planning on using in a larger environment (over 15 workstations/servers), I'd consider a competitor with better management tools.
