## Lusha Reviews
  ### 1. Speeding Up Project Coordination with Reliable Contact Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINAY P. | Mechanical Design Engineer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

In my work, I often need to reach out to vendors, suppliers, or external contacts for design-related coordination, clarifications, or part-related discussions. Earlier, finding the right contact details used to take a lot of time, as I had to search across different sources or depend on internal references.
With Lusha, I can directly find business emails or phone numbers while checking profiles on platforms like LinkedIn. For example, when I need to contact a supplier for a design clarification or follow-up on a part update, I can quickly get the contact details and reach out without delay.

The interface is simple, so I didn’t need any training to start using it. Even during busy project phases, I can quickly search for contacts or build a small list when needed.

It also fits well into my workflow when used along with CRM tools or LinkedIn, as it reduces the need to switch between multiple sources for contact information. From a performance point of view, it works smoothly for most day-to-day usage, and the data is reliable enough to initiate communication in many cases.

From a value perspective, the biggest benefit is time saved. Instead of spending effort on finding contact details, I can focus more on actual communication and coordination, which helps move tasks forward faster

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

One limitation I’ve noticed in my work is that data availability can vary depending on the type of contact. For example, when I try to reach out to smaller suppliers related to specific design components, the contact details are not always available or sometimes not fully up to date. In those cases, I still need to cross-check or look for alternative sources.
Another challenge is the credit-based pricing model. When I’m working on multiple follow-ups or trying to validate several contacts for coordination, credits can get used quickly. This means I have to be selective about which contacts I look up, especially during busy project phases.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my work, I often need to connect with external contacts like suppliers.
or design clarifications, part updates, or follow-ups. Earlier, finding the right person and their contact details took time, as I had to depend on internal references or search across multiple sources, which was not always reliable.
Lusha solves this by helping me quickly find relevant contact details directly. For example, when I need clarification on a specific component or need to follow up on a design update, I can identify the right person and reach out without delay. This reduces waiting time and helps keep project work moving.
It also helps in targeting the right contacts instead of reaching out randomly. By using filters or searching based on role or company, I can focus only on relevant people, which makes communication more effective.

From an integration point of view, pushing contacts into CRM tools helps in keeping track of follow-ups and avoiding manual data entry.
From a value perspective, the biggest benefit is time saved and faster coordination. Instead of spending time searching for contacts, I can focus on actual discussions and resolving issues.
Onboarding was simple, and I was able to start using it without much training.

Overall, it solves the problem of delayed communication by making contact discovery faster and more structured, which improves coordination and efficiency in my daily work.

  ### 2. Efficient B2B Prospecting with Accurate Contact Data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vedant G. | Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What I like best about Lusha is its ease of use and the accuracy of its contact data. It helps me quickly find verified emails and phone numbers of decision-makers, which saves a lot of research time and improves outreach efficiency. The LinkedIn integration and CRM enrichment features also make prospecting and lead management much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

Users consistently report a few major pain points with Lusha, primarily centered around inaccurate or outdated contact data, a restrictive credit-based pricing model, and privacy concerns.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha solves the problem of finding accurate and verified B2B contact data quickly, which reduces the time spent on manual research and prospecting. It helps me connect with the right decision-makers faster, improve outreach efficiency, and maintain cleaner CRM records through enrichment and integrations. This has benefited me by increasing lead quality, reducing email bounce rates, and making my sales outreach more targeted and productive

  ### 3. Simple, Affordable, and Easy to Adopt Lusha Delivers Solid Outreach Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan R. | Business Development Executive, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What I liked about Lusha is that it has a simple UI and UX. Compared with Apollo and Zoom Info, I find Lusha much easier to use, to the point that even a rookie on the team or a fresher can understand it quickly, whereas Apollo and Zoominfo still feel more complex.

On pricing and overall performance, I can say that at its price point Lusha is quite affordable. When we compared license pricing with Apollo and Zoom Info, Lusha worked well for us. We used Lusha earlier, around 2 years back, especially when the sales team wanted more successful outreach with better data, intent, and proper signals. At that point, the sales team started using Lusha more actively.

Later, as the team grew bigger, we felt the data available in Lusha was a bit less compared to Apollo and Zoom Info, so the organization needed to shift to Zoom Info and Apollo. Now, half of the team uses Zoominfo for its AI intelligence features. We generally use the tech stack feature, which makes our pitch more refined what we should say to the prospect and which software we should reference as the basis for our conversation or client call. The AI intent signals through artificial intelligence also help us recognize current hiring, initiatives, and the org chart feature helps us understand the current structure of employees. That gives us more information to work with.

For integrations, when we had Lusha we integrated it with Salesforce. The benefit at that time was being able to integrate and see the pipeline directly in our Salesforce dashboard. Lusha connects to CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, and using that feature we made sure to capture all relevant contacts. We could create a list in Lusha and then push that same list directly into our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring proper tracking and maintenance of each and every record.

One more AI feature I want to mention is that it helps in creating automations by automations I mean scheduling emails and tracking campaigns for support and onboarding. Our onboarding and team support experience was good, quite efficient and helpful. After procurement of licenses, they conducted onboarding sessions, helped us understand the product in more detail, and showed us how to make the best possible use of the software to ensure the best ROI from it. Overall, it was a great buy for us and helped us get good data, and we still have ongoing client business from it that continues to help us grow each day.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

The main feature I can say I dislike about Lusha is that it doesn’t offer an inbuilt dialer where you can view and dial the number in real time. You have to use additional software just to make calls, which makes the work more hectic and time-consuming. Having an integrated dialer would have been a top-class offering and the cherry on the cake. Also, many times when you load a large list, the UI freezes, which can cause problems. Apart from that, I haven’t seen any major issues.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that Lusha solves for me is helping me get the correct phone numbers for my prospects and their correct email addresses so I can reach out to them. Even before that, it helps me create lists based on our ICP and then push those lists into our CRM, where I can track everything that’s been happening with each lead. On top of that, the automations are a real benefit: I can schedule emails, so I don’t have to sit and send manual emails. I can automate that part easily.

  ### 4. A must to make tool for B2B salesperson and SDR!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenson T. | Head of Growth, APAC, Staffing and Recruiting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

Easy to use and extract information from linkedin with the chrome plug in. It also allows us to choose to extract email address or contact number. Also the contact number and email address are accurate 80% of the time. I am also able to manage the team usage by allocating the no. of lusha credit to different members of the team and monitor their usage.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

Email extracted might not fully accurate and data might be not available for most contact.

**Recommendations to others considering Lusha:**

Give me a try for the free trial, easy to use with your Linkedin account.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client outreach as most of our prospects are working from home so we needed to send them email and also to contact them via their mobile no. and not office no.

  ### 5. Solid Data Accuracy, But Pricing Concerns

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhil J. | Product Specialist - Founder's Office, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I like Lusha for its ability to qualify outbound leads efficiently. The focus on quality lead generation is crucial for our sales, ensuring that our deals close and other outreach efforts are highly targeted. The data is good enough, letting us save time, as we don't need to use multiple tools or processes for verifying accuracy. This time-saving aspect helps us strategize other accounts, which is very valuable for anyone in sales.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

One thing that bothers me about using tools like Lusha is that they're not a single point of contention; I still have to use multiple tools. Also, the pricing based on credits can be a pain. Like, if I verify an email address, I use up credits, and if the team scales, that gets even more challenging with pricing and reliability. Lusha doesn't always provide accurate numbers, and for clients outside the North American region, getting verified phone numbers can be tough. So I end up needing second or third-party tools, making the primary tool's pricing seem less sensible. There's also a steep learning curve and the tutorials available aren't really good, which was a minor inconvenience for me.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha to find quality email addresses and lead generation. It saves time by integrating data directly into our CRM or workflows like Google Sheets, enhancing targeted campaigns and reducing the need for multiple tools.

  ### 6. Reliable LinkedIn Contact Data Fast—Accurate Emails, Direct Numbers, and a Simple UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ciaran M. | BDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What I like best about Lusha is how reliable it is for pulling direct phone numbers from LinkedIn profiles, especially when I need accurate contact details quickly. It consistently helps me get past generic company lines and connect with the right person directly, which saves a huge amount of time. I also really value how accurate the email addresses are — I’ve found that they rarely bounce compared to other tools.

Another big plus for me is the grading system that shows how likely an email is to deliver. That confidence score makes it much easier to prioritize outreach and focus on the contacts that are most likely to convert. On top of that, the interface is simple and easy to use, it integrates smoothly with LinkedIn and CRM workflows, and overall it just feels dependable. It’s a tool I can trust when I need high-quality data fast.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

What I dislike most about Lusha is that the data coverage can sometimes be inconsistent, especially for smaller companies or more niche roles. There are times when phone numbers or emails simply aren’t available, which slows down prospecting and forces me to rely on alternative tools. While the accuracy is generally strong, occasional outdated numbers or incorrect direct lines can still happen, and even a small number of inaccuracies can impact outreach efficiency and credibility.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha solves the problem of finding accurate, up-to-date contact information for decision-makers quickly and efficiently. Instead of spending hours manually researching phone numbers and email addresses, or getting stuck behind generic company switchboards it provides direct dials and verified emails straight from LinkedIn profiles. That removes a huge amount of friction from prospecting.

  ### 7. Easy, Efficient Prospecting with Reliable Contact Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonali P. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What I like most about Lusha is how easy and efficient it is to find accurate contact details. The Chrome extension works seamlessly with LinkedIn, making prospecting quick and effortless. The data quality is reliable, which helps improve outreach success and saves a lot of manual effort. Overall, it’s a simple, user-friendly tool that significantly speeds up lead generation.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

One downside of Lusha is that the contact data can occasionally be outdated or inaccurate, especially for niche roles or smaller companies. Additionally, the database coverage is sometimes limited outside major markets, which can make it harder to find contacts in certain regions.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha solves the problem of time-consuming and unreliable prospecting by providing quick access to verified contact information. Instead of manually searching for emails or phone numbers, I can instantly connect with the right decision-makers, which speeds up outreach and improves efficiency.

This directly benefits me by saving time, increasing response rates, and helping build a stronger pipeline faster. It also enables more targeted and effective communication, ultimately contributing to better conversion and revenue outcomes.

  ### 8. Effortless Lead Generation with Accurate Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neel R. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I like how fast and easy it makes finding accurate business contact information. The browser extension is especially useful because it allows me to access contact details directly while browsing LinkedIn or company pages, which saves a significant amount of research time. I also like the simplicity of the platform, the clean interface, and how quickly it can rebuild prospect lists for outreach campaigns. The contact accuracy is generally very reliable, and the filtering and search features help narrow it down to relevant decision makers efficiently. Another feature I find valuable is how smoothly it fits into day-to-day sales workflow without adding unnecessary complexity. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with the browser extension being simple to install, allowing me to start using the platform almost immediately without needing extensive onboarding or technical support. The interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate, which integrates quickly into my daily sales and prospecting workflow.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

Sometimes certain contact records can be outdated or incomplete depending on the region or company's size. I would also like to see more advanced filtering, deeper integrations with additional CRM systems, and expanded data coverage for international markets. In some cases, credit users can feel limiting when working on larger prospecting campaigns. Additionally, more detailed company intelligence and enrichment capabilities would make the platform even more valuable for sales teams.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha to find accurate, verified contact information for leads and decision makers quickly, improving sales prospecting speed and efficiency. It streamlines lead generation and sales workflows, reducing the need for manual research and enhancing sales productivity by connecting with right stakeholders faster.

  ### 9. Rich Data for APAC, But Lags in data richness for the USA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anil K. | Sr. Manager - Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I use Lusha mostly for finding customer data, especially phone numbers and email addresses, and it does a really good job at that. One of the things I like most about Lusha is its effectiveness in getting direct phone numbers, especially cell phone numbers, where I often struggle otherwise. Most of the time, the data I get is correct. I also appreciate Lusha's data enrichment for regions like APAC and the Middle East, which I find more up-to-date compared to other tools. Setting up Lusha was quite easy, like a quick plug-and-play, and it integrates well with LinkedIn, making it convenient to access contact details directly from a LinkedIn profile.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

I think Lusha is not up to the mark for global data. If I need to find details for someone in North America, like Kentucky or anywhere in the USA, the data doesn't seem to be as updated. I see the same numbers and emails as on other tools, and there’s not much difference. The email address or phone number is sometimes incorrect, and the same is true for Lusha. Compared to other tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha lags behind in the richness of data for the US.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha for finding customer data, especially phone numbers and emails, with better results in APAC and the Middle East than other tools. It's an additional tool for regions where we struggled to get information, solving the problem effectively.

  ### 10. Reliable Prospecting Tool with Data Enrichment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ram K. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I use Lusha for prospecting, and it's one of the most reliable tools for this task. It has helped me with enriching leads, often providing data on individuals who were nowhere to be found with other prospecting tools. The intent-based searching has improved our conversion rates. The Chrome extension is smooth and pulls contact details directly from LinkedIn, making it very reliable for daily outbound, especially for SMB prospects.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

The data accuracy can be inconsistent at times, and the credits get used up quickly. When accuracy is off, it leads to wasted call attempts and bounced emails. With low credits, I have to be very selective about the leads I target, which ends up consuming a lot more time.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha for prospecting; it enriches leads and provides data where other tools fail, improving conversion rates. However, accuracy issues can cause wasted efforts, and quick credit usage limits target selection.

  ### 11. Time savings and easy integration thanks to Lusha

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael A. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I use Lusha to obtain and verify customer contact information. I really appreciate that Lusha provides a clear breakdown of which employees work at which company and what their email or phone number is. I particularly like that Lusha is available as a browser extension, which makes usage significantly easier and saves a lot of time. This gives me more time to take care of customers without having to search for the right contacts on different pages and in databases. The initial setup of Lusha was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

If Lusha does not provide clean data, credits are still consumed, which is annoying with phone numbers because they cost more.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha to obtain and verify contact information, which provides me with a clear overview of employees and their contact details. The browser extension saves a lot of time, allowing me to focus more on customers instead of spending a long time searching for contacts.

  ### 12. Best Tool for Finding Contact Details and Reaching Prospects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** neha r. | Assistant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

It is the best tool to search any person contact details including mobile number, email, designation and previous work details, so Ioved it and was using it as a tool to get clients numbers and email to reach them out for Valuefirst services

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

It is not updated instantly if someone has left the organisation recently or if changed the number, it shows the old data only
Which creates issue if you are using your bought points to the details but that are not correct

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to get sales prospecting clients’ details like their contact number, email, company where they are working, designation and many more.
I am using it for getting my sales prospected clients mostly who can avail CPaaS solution, by searching company name then the department for which I need the details like marketing head, IT head.

  ### 13. Finding the Right Leads, Faster

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit R. | Marketing Manager @vatsin, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I like most about Lusha is how simple it makes finding the right people to contact. Instead of spending hours searching for emails or phone numbers, it gives you accurate contact details in seconds, It saves a lot of time and removes the guesswork from outreach.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

Sometimes it doesn,t provide the contact informations, means to say for india it had not too much information for small and medium businesses or company.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha solves the problem of finding accurate contact details for the right decision-makers. Instead of wasting time searching or guessing emails, it gives reliable data instantly. It save my time and helps in lead generation

  ### 14. An Almost Accurate Shortcut to the Right Decision-Maker

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederick S. | Customer success manager, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What truly distinguishes Lusha is the accuracy of its contact data. As part of the sales team at Voys, having access to dependable direct dials and email addresses allows us to work efficiently and respond quickly. The browser extension is extremely smooth to use; I can easily identify the right decision-maker on LinkedIn and transfer their verified information directly into our HubSpot CRM with just one click. This feature saves us hours of manual prospecting every week.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

The credit system can sometimes feel limiting for high-volume outbound teams, particularly when an 'unverified' number still uses up a credit. Additionally, I would appreciate more advanced filtering options within the Lusha dashboard, as this would make it easier to build larger lists without depending entirely on external social platforms.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha has solved the problem of 'dead-end' prospecting. Before, our team spent too much time guessing email formats or calling outdated switchboard numbers. Now, we have direct access to decision-makers. This has significantly shortened our sales cycle at Voys and improved our connection rates, allowing our reps to spend more time talking to prospects and less time hunting for their phone numbers.

  ### 15. Quick and Reliable Contact Finder, Limited for Bulk Searches

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Warn P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I like how fast, simple, and reliable Lusha is for one-off contact lookups—it just works when we need it most. The Chrome extension is lightning-fast; one click on LinkedIn or a company page, and we get emails and phone numbers instantly. I find the data accuracy consistently high, with way fewer bad contacts than some other tools for individual leads. It's super easy to use, with no complicated setup or learning curve, so anyone on the team can use it immediately. It's perfect for 'just one contact,' helping us fill gaps when our main tools don’t have a specific person. The clean, no-fuss interface doesn’t overload us with extra features and focuses on providing accurate contact data quickly. For our team, Lusha is the most dependable 'quick-find tool' we have—simple, reliable, and always there when other tools come up short.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

For German SMEs, especially small local businesses, the database is just not as deep as specialized tools like Sales.Rocks. We often hit limits there. It’s not built for bulk searches or list building—only for single lookups. Credits also run out fast, even when no data is found. And you get almost no firmographic data: no employee count, industry, revenue, or tech stack—just contact details. For our team, it’s the perfect backup tool when other databases come up empty. But as our only prospecting tool for the DACH market, it just isn’t enough.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha fills the missing contact gap for our prospecting, providing instant contact details with its Chrome extension. It helps validate existing contacts and saves our tool credits by being perfect for one-off lookups. It's great for finding reliable contacts quickly, especially when main tools lack specific information.

  ### 16. Convenient Email Lookup, But Data Quality Lags

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie O. | Manager, GTM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I like Lusha's popup feature on the side of the browser, which I believe is called a plugin on Google Chrome. This makes it easy to quickly know people's contact information. It makes Lusha way easier to use because when it's already in my browser while I'm looking at people, it's much simpler to just click the plugin rather than going into Lusha and looking up the person right there and then.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

The data quality is honestly not that good. We've had many bounced emails from them. While, yes, you can tell them if data's bad, I just think the overall percentage of bad data is a lot higher compared to competitors.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha helps me reach people via email by ensuring we have the right emails, avoiding guessing.

  ### 17. Effortless Lead Targeting with Accurate Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nilesh T. | Lead Generation Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I use Lusha for generating leads, especially targeting specific job titles like IT managers and directors, which helps in finding the right leads with accurate information. It allows me to target the right job titles from the right geography and line of business by adding filters, making it cost-effective and user-friendly. Lusha has more filters that provide more accurate data, which is why we switched from our previous tool. The initial setup was really easy thanks to the support from the coordinator or administrator, making the transition smooth and not hard at all. It's pretty great.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

Nothing its fab

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha for finding the right leads with accurate information for specific job titles like IT manager or director, targeting them effectively by using filters. It's user-friendly, cost-effective, and provides accurate data.

  ### 18. Fast, Accurate Decision-Maker Contacts That Streamline Prospecting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitali V. | Senior Associate - Client Engagement | EU + ME + India, Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What I like most about Lusha is how quickly and easily I can find direct contact information for decision-makers. As a BDR, having accurate phone numbers and verified email addresses is essential for outbound success, and Lusha cuts down the time I’d otherwise spend searching across multiple platforms.

It also integrates smoothly with CRM tools, which makes it much easier to add contacts and build lists efficiently. In my experience, the data accuracy is generally dependable, especially for direct dials, and that helps improve connect rates and book meetings more quickly.

Overall, Lusha streamlines my prospecting process and helps me move faster with outreach and productivity.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

One drawback of Lusha is that the data accuracy can be inconsistent at times, especially for smaller companies or for roles that have recently changed, so phone numbers may be outdated or emails may bounce. Credit consumption also feels high when the contacts you unlock don’t end up being usable.

On top of that, database coverage seems stronger in some regions and industries than in others, which means finding reliable contacts in niche segments can take extra effort and more manual work. More granular filtering, along with better intent signals, would make it easier to prioritize higher-quality prospects instead of having to validate everything yourself.

Overall, it’s still a useful prospecting tool, but better consistency and improved credit efficiency would make it significantly more effective.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha helps solve the challenge of finding accurate contact details for the right decision-makers during outbound prospecting. Rather than spending a lot of time searching for emails and phone numbers across multiple sources, I can access verified direct dials and work emails in one place.

As a BDR, this has a clear impact on my productivity and outreach effectiveness. I’m able to build prospect lists more quickly, improve connect rates on cold calls, and spend less time dealing with invalid contacts. It also lets me focus more on conversations and qualification instead of manual data hunting, which ultimately supports better meeting bookings and pipeline generation.

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What I like best about Lusha is its ease of use and accuracy in providing direct contact details. It simplifies prospecting, saves time, integrates well with CRMs, and helps streamline outreach for faster, more effective lead generation.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

What I dislike about Lusha is occasional data inaccuracy and outdated contacts. Credits can run out quickly, making it costly at scale. Limited global coverage and restricted filtering options sometimes make targeting niche or international prospects less effective.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha solves the problem of missing, outdated, and inaccurate B2B contact data by providing verified emails, phone numbers, and company insights. This benefits me by improving targeting, reducing bounce rates, saving prospecting time, and enabling faster, more effective outreach to decision-makers.

  ### 23. Seamless Prospecting with Accurate Data, Smooth Integrations, and Fast Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What I like best about Lusha is how seamlessly it fits into my daily prospecting workflow while consistently delivering accurate contact data. The UI/UX is very intuitive-everything from searching to exporting contacts feels streamlined, and the browser extension lets me pull verified emails and direct dials straight from LinkedIn without interrupting my flow.

The integrations are another big plus. Syncing with our CRM and sales tools is straightforward, which means I can move leads into sequences or pipelines without manual data entry. This has noticeably improved efficiency and reduced errors across the team.

Performance-wise, it’s fast and reliable. Data loads quickly, and the accuracy of the contact information means fewer bounced emails and more meaningful conversations. That directly impacts ROI-we’re spending less time on research and getting higher conversion rates from outreach.

I also appreciate the AI-driven insights and filtering options. Being able to prioritize leads based on relevance or intent signals helps me focus on prospects that are more likely to convert, rather than casting a wide net.

Finally, customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions, and onboarding was smooth. Overall, Lusha has significantly reduced the time spent on manual prospecting while improving the quality of our outreach.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

What I dislike about Lusha is mainly around the credit system and occasional data gaps. Credits can get used up quickly, especially when you’re prospecting at scale, which makes it harder to experiment or explore leads freely without thinking about cost. While the data is generally accurate, there are still times when contact details are outdated or missing, particularly for smaller companies or less active profiles.

The UI is clean, but some advanced filtering and list-building features could be more flexible, especially when trying to create highly targeted segments. Integrations work well overall, but syncing can sometimes lag or require manual refreshes to ensure data is fully up to date.

In terms of AI/intelligence, while the filtering is helpful, it could go further with deeper insights or stronger recommendations on which leads to prioritize. Performance is solid most of the time, but occasional slowdowns with large searches can interrupt workflow.

Lastly, while support is responsive, faster turnaround times for more complex issues would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha solves the challenge of finding accurate, up-to-date contact information and reduces the time spent on manual prospecting. Instead of digging through multiple sources to verify emails or phone numbers, I can quickly access reliable data directly within my workflow, which significantly speeds up lead generation.

It also helps solve the problem of low outreach efficiency. With better data accuracy and filtering, I’m reaching the right people more often, which leads to higher response rates and more meaningful conversations. The integrations with CRM tools eliminate manual data entry, reducing errors and saving time across the pipeline.

Overall, the benefit is a much more efficient and scalable prospecting process-I spend less time on research and admin work, and more time actually engaging with qualified prospects, which has a direct positive impact on productivity and ROI.

The interface is clean, fast, and simple to navigate, which helps a lot when prospecting daily. Overall, it saves a significant amount of time and makes lead generation more efficient

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

The biggest downside is how quickly the credits get used up, especially when searching for multiple contacts. Email accuracy can vary by region, so I sometimes need to double-check information. Some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which limits flexibility for small teams. There are also moments where the data is outdated, and I wish the platform offered more advanced filters without requiring an upgrade.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha has been a solid addition to my prospecting workflow. The data accuracy is better than most tools I’ve used, especially for direct phone numbers, which saves a lot of time when reaching out to decision-makers. On LinkedIn, it's quite challenging to find the email ids of people who work in enterprise companies across banking and financial services. Its browser extension is very practical and integrates well with LinkedIn, making the prospecting process much faster and more organized. ### 40. It Kinda Works, I Guess? Too boring?? but gets the job done.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** adnan s. | Digital marketing manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

What I like best about Lusha is the simple fact that it works well enough to make me money. It’s an investment that actually pays off.

The core benefit is the data quality for the people I target—those Directors and VPs. When Lusha gives me a phone number, it's usually a direct line, not just the company’s main switchboard. That little detail is huge. It means I can skip over the whole process of being screened and get straight to the person who can sign the check.

If you think about it, Lusha isn't just saving me time; it's removing roadblocks that slow down the sales process. Getting that accurate, verified contact information means my outreach efforts are much more effective. My emails aren't bouncing, and my phone calls are actually connecting to the right desk.

This effectiveness is really what sets it apart. It directly translates into more conversations with high-level prospects, and that, in the end, makes a real difference to my sales numbers. That's why I keep the subscription.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

My primary concerns with Lusha center around two main issues: data reliability and the perceived value of the pricing structure.

The tool is simply not reliable enough to justify the current expense. There are too many instances where I activate the browser extension on a prospect's profile, and Lusha either returns zero contact information or provides data that is clearly outdated, such as a previous company phone number or a bounced email address. When prospecting, these failures disrupt my workflow and wastes my allocated credits.

The second issue is the pricing model. Because the accuracy is inconsistent, the cost feels inflated. If the service guaranteed contact information with a higher success rate, the current price would be acceptable. However, for a service that frequently provides incomplete or inaccurate data, its a big issue because the return on investment diminishes significantly. The cost structure needs to better align with the actual data integrity provided to the user.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oh, that's easy. Lusha solves the biggest problem in my job: findin' the right person to talk to.

Before Lusha, it was a real headache. I'd spend ages just diggin' through the internet, guessin' e-mail formats, or callin' a company's main line and getting sent to voicemail for like, an hour.

The way it benefits me is simple: it cuts all that time out. I spend way less time huntin' down data and more time actually talkin' to potential clients. When Lusha actually gives me a direct line or a verified e-mail, I get to skip all the gatekeepers and get right to the decision-maker.

So, it solves the problem of wasted time and bad data, which ultimately makes my job a lot easier and helps me hit my targets faster. Big win.

  ### 41. Free and Easy LinkedIn Access, but Limited Quality Contacts

I can use it for free. It connects with LinkedIn which makes it easy to access while on their website.

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

Lusha is much more up-to-date compared to other similar tools. Although it may not always have every contact detail, it still provides me with the person's LinkedIn page, their position, and valuable company insights. This information is really helpful when prospecting a lead or researching a company.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

At times, the system is case sensitive when it comes to certain company or individual names, which makes it harder for me to quickly locate the company name I am searching for.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lusha is helping me to not go into particular website and read the entire thing about it to understand / prospect it by giving me a short summary of the company

  ### 44. Lusha Makes Lead Data Sourcing Easy and Reliable

  ### 45. Lusha, my lifesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casper P. | Team Lead Business Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

To put it simple, Lusha has the ability to provide us with contact information of our prospects such a mobile phone numbers and email addresses that other tools can't provide us. At it's core it very simple to use: I have the chrome extension on my LinkedIn and when I visit a profile I get the info immediately. As I work in our business development team I look for prospects every day and Lusha has almost every time the info I'm looking for, it integrates perfectly with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

The only feature that would make Lusha even better is a function that would allow me to request them looking for a specific phone number if it isn't available.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Lusha we would have to call the HQ number of each account we're targeting, which would mean we'd have to deal with the front desk person / gate keeper. This would take a lot of time and would result in a lot of not getting through. Lusha allows us to directly call our target prospects on their mobile phone, or allow us to send an email to their work email. It basically is a shorter path into having a conversation with them. So, it allows us to speak with them a lot earlier, start the conversation earlier, which results in having faster qualifications and shorter deal cycles.

  ### 46. Effortless and Accurate Data Collection

I use Lusha to find verified industry or technology-based data like emails and contact details. Lusha solves the manual data collection problem for me since I get accurate data from it. I particularly like that Lusha is very easy to use and its UI is very simple. The data mining flow is very easy compared to other platforms like ZoomInfo.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

N/A

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha to find verified contact details, solving manual data collection and providing accurate data with an easy-to-use interface.

  ### 47. Ease of Use with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sukesh C. | Manager - Global Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I find Lusha quite easy to use and fairly straightforward. The ease of use makes it appealing. The overall contact set has also been good, which is important because we want to make sure we're reaching out to the right set of contacts.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

One thing that hasn't worked well with Lusha is the availability of numbers, especially for many markets. That has been the only downside.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha to find prospects' email addresses and phone numbers for outbound sales. It's easy to use, and the contact quality helps us reach the right people.

  ### 48. Intuitive UI with Some Data Quality Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** RITESH R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Lusha?**

I really like Lusha's interface, UI, and UX because it's quite handy and simpler than other tools like Apollo. It's also better than some others when it comes to data enrichment. As a beginner working in a new company, it's a good tool that stands out for its ease of use and valuable features.

**What do you dislike about Lusha?**

The quality of phone numbers enriched is not that good. For instance, if I procure 10 numbers from Lusha, two might be blank and among the rest, three or four could be bad numbers, leaving only about five as good connects.

**What problems is Lusha solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lusha to enrich good quality data, specifically email addresses and phone numbers of our prospects, providing direct contact information.
