# Is Absorb LMS worth it for L&D leaders at mid-market organizations who want a trusted platform, based on reviews?

Mobile access for distributed and frontline workforces is frequently cited, with reviewers describing consistent training delivery regardless of location or whether someone is desk-based.

There's a tension embedded in the multitenancy praise worth naming. Giving individual branches self-service control over their own users and reporting is exactly the kind of decentralization that can undercut the other half of the promise, one consistent, centrally trustworthy training record across the whole org. If each branch has real autonomy over how it configures completion criteria or categorizes courses, an L&D leader pulling a single compliance number across the whole company may be aggregating data that isn't actually apples-to-apples underneath, even though it all lives in one platform. Multitenancy solves the org-chart problem; it doesn't automatically solve the standardization problem, and those can pull in opposite directions.
