**What do you like best about Lumeer?**

Lumeer.io offers an ideal mix of functions from, for example, MS Excel, Ms Access, Word, MS project, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Kanban/Trello and Visual Basic scripts in one. All my data is securely encrypted and sent back and forth over the internet to a GDPR compliant data center in Germany. And if I want, I can download all my data, data definitions and scripts to a JSON file and switch to another package that way. So no vendor lock-in. For IT techies: Lumeer's code is available on Github. The basic version of Lumeer is free to use forever.

**What do you dislike about Lumeer?**

It has to get used to linking tables on the lumear to be linked to each other and to view and mutate in Spreadsheet View. In addition, the documentation focuses primarily on the explanation of Lumeer's functionalities but less on how these functions can be applied and combined to facilitate processes. But if you go through it, almost every administrative process can be automated via lumer.

**What problems is Lumeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The richness of functionality, the price, the GUI interface, the presence of a visual scripting language (Google Blockly) to be able to add all kinds of extra functions, the speed and quality of the Lumeer makers (in the Czech Republic) to answer questions or add features.
