What do you like best about Lucentive?

We recently worked with Adam Moore with Lucentive for our accounting software migration, and the experience exceeded all expectations. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly organized. He is taking the time to understand our specific needs and ensured a smooth transition with minimal disruption to our operations.

We joined Lucentive after feeling let down by a previous company and his attention to detail, clear communication, and ongoing support made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. What do you like best about Lucentive?

Lucentive work ethic and commitment to getting the job done is 10/10. The help we received was exceptional from Adam specifically, if he didn't have the answer, he would come back promptly with a detailed reply, instructions and screenshots for even the basic of users! What do you dislike about Lucentive?

The only down side I would say is price as we are a Yorkshire (United Kingdom) company and we don't like spending money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lucentive?

Lucentive team is very professional and knowledgable about the SAGE software. They prioritize staff training and efficiency, which is evident in their interactions with clients. We were particularly pleased with Adam who was assigned to our account. He was patient and consistent in his approach and support. I also appreciate the understanding Lucentive exercised regarding the need to provide technical support beyond the project completion date because historical data was not readily available. This is the best team I have worked with on an accounting platform project and would highly recommend them to other businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
