Lucentive work ethic and commitment to getting the job done is 10/10. The help we received was exceptional from Adam specifically, if he didn't have the answer, he would come back promptly with a detailed reply, instructions and screenshots for even the basic of users! Following late management decision to implement Sage intact, Sage were unable to hit our deadline and recommended we use Lucentive as they have the man power and skill set to work with tedious deadline we required. Adam was the project manager for SMTXTRA and I cant thank this guy enough.
