With LoyaltyPlant, we launched our app and online ordering website for our chain. Everything is supported by incredibly user-friendly analytics, easily accessible through the CRM. LoyaltyPlant has given new life to our dark kitchen restaurant project! We used to rely on aggregators all the time we worked in the market, but due to the commissions we had to pay for each order, it was hard to make a solid profit from the project. When we started using LoyaltyPlant, we launched direct delivery (through the branded app) and started working closely with the loyalty program—this brought our whole marketing efforts to a new level. What do you like best about LoyaltyPlant?

I highly recommend LoyaltyPlant as their product really helps to drive more revenue by increasing the order volume, average bill (yes, people order more through the app!), and turning the audience into a loyal one. We have been using their platform for our Asian QSR chain for more than 3 years, and the whole team (including employees in the restaurants) likes its simplicity of use, app features, design, and CRM. The LoyaltyPlant product works perfectly for restaurant chains that have several locations.
