**What do you like best about Lootly?**

Lootly helps to get customers attention through referral and gives profits over their purchases. Lootly helps to promote business by increasing repurchase rates and this can be integrated with applications easily. The customer points, referrals, rewards and discounts were reasons for frequent usage.  Lootly is a user-friendly platform and helps to connect through live chat support.

**What do you dislike about Lootly?**

Lootly has high subscription prices for monthly and annual plans.  Customizations, payment methods and sharing methods were different for pro and advanced plans.

**What problems is Lootly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lootly helps in incentivizing actions with loyalty points, own brand customization, set point expiration remainders and a bonus point awarding program. Lootly provides statistics of shares and a summary of all actions. It can be connected with your favorite marketing application where you can define your own discount code system and customize VIP tiers.

It has great value in the Loyalty Rewards category. I'm super happy to use it.

Sometimes it becomes very difficult and complicated to contact them.

**What problems is Lootly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customization of all colors, images, icons, and fonts to match my brand when retaining customers
