Software bugs from top to bottom. Errors clicking through different screens. Slow loading times. Confusing UI. TERRIBLE customer support. They claim to support older versions but their support team does not keep any old instances around so they will not test anything on your version. They've spent 5 MONTHS trying to fix something in our software and the communication is horrible, they ignore emails and are rude on the phone.
