"Centralized Risk Management with Superb Consultant Support"
What do you like best about LogicManager?

I appreciate that LogicManager houses all our risks in one system, which makes it very helpful and centralizes risk management across our organization. I love the support from consultants who assist with report creation, making the process smoother and more effective. It’s fantastic that risk owners can log in to update information directly, ensuring everyone sees the same updates. The ease of communication and collaboration it fosters between divisions by sharing updated information is commendable. Additionally, the ability to utilize settings for customization, such as inputting questions necessary for compliance, significantly aids our organizational processes. What do you dislike about LogicManager?

I find creating reports in LogicManager challenging as it is not very user-friendly. I wish the process was as straightforward and intuitive as using Excel. This complexity in report creation can be quite cumbersome, and I think more training could help but it remains a significant difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogicManager?

The user interface is hot garbage. Too many useless 'dashboard' screens. No way to have on list of all the items assigned to just me. I have to open each Exception Report via an email and each opens in a new window. Too many clicks to move to the end of each process, most of them do nothing that couldn't have been done with less clicks. 2 page docs when it could have easily been on, there is no need to have a 'continue' to load another page with the final two options. I HATE your product, and using it is the worst experience of my workday, and the worst interface i have utilized in 35 years in this industry. The fact that you charge money for this is almost criminal. If the product can send a notification to my email, why can't I see ALL the docs I have been sent in one LIST!!! Do better.
