Past onboarding, I didn’t find the workflow building steep because the no-code builder is intuitive. I’ve been able to adjust forms, approval paths, assignee rules, and notifications myself, and linked workflows keep related records connected. The bigger challenge for me is promoting changes from test to live, since it’s manual and I’ve had to rebuild updates by hand to avoid impacting existing records.
