I love that it allows me to work both in the cloud and on-premises, giving me the flexibility to choose based on my infrastructure. The version control and collaboration features are very useful for being able to see who modified which document, revert to previous versions, and easily share with my team—all of which greatly improved coordination. I also realized that it helps improve efficiency and reduce dependence on paper; documents are stored, categorized, and accessible from multiple devices. Poor report customization: The degree of customization for report functions is relatively low, and the preset report templates cannot meet the diverse needs of enterprises. Companies may need to generate reports with specific formats and content based on their own business characteristics and management requirements. However, LogicalDOC lacks flexibility in this area, making it difficult for users to personalize reports, such as adjusting report layouts and adding custom fields. It is a user friendly software with 35 different language. And it is helping to circulate higher amount of documents at a time with highly confidential. LogicalDOC provides both on-premise and cloud-based platforms to manipulate the documents within the company. It is one of the few applications that support various documents like pdf, word, csv, excel. Also, we can integrate with dropbox, G-drive, outlook, and other few storage applications. Although it is freeware, there is a limitation on the repository size on enterprise or cloud platforms. There are also few limitations on document conversion for large-scale usage, which should increase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
