Customer service is occasionally slow and difficult to reach. API Developer Portals do not offer a lot of customization options. - Since tables do not allow you to sort using API request dates or other factors, managing and administering several APIs might be difficult. I like the flow editor that, with drag and drop, I can automate; it has excellent automatic synchronization with multiple systems and integration with beneficial programs, highlighting Salesforce and Asana. We haven't faced any downsides while working on the Locoia platform. It brings together all our SaaS integrations, on-premise customer data and other 3rd party data under one roof for seamless processing. Locoia was able to connect to some obscure data sources as well as handle gracefully some data sources that are difficult to consume. The low-code process builder is powerful yet intuitive to use.

The onboarding and support experience was brilliant and exceptional, far better than we have experienced with any other vendor. Locoia offers a great user interface and a platform that is easy to use. With Locoia and the ability to use low-code to connect different systems, we were able to get rid of a lot of manual steps we had before. Also, the support you get from Locoia is great!
