The amount of time it takes to develop an application is significantly less. **What do you dislike about Locoia?** Customer service is occasionally slow and difficult to reach. API Developer Portals do not offer a lot of customization options. - Since tables do not allow you to sort using API request dates or other factors, managing and administering several APIs might be difficult. **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Server startup is really quicker than all the other integration tools I have experienced. The VM queue is an awesome feature that enables messaging without a server in between. Object stores and caches are also excellent concepts. I would like to avoid cluttering the code with all the logs we had to add in order to trace a message flow. ### 2. I like its extensive database, where I can automate everything up to manual processes. **What do you dislike about Locoia?** I have not had any low points when using this service; maybe the price is a point to consider since it is not economical, there is a lot of discrepancy between plans, and the flow for the advanced package is far from the enterprise one. **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** In general, for integration with other services we use in our company, plug & play makes our work much more accessible; it allows us to automate digital processes on our server. We use it entirely in the area of data and customer service. ### 3. We can seamlessly integrate into our diversified platforms used for our BI tools, data warehouse and collaboration requirements. 4. Our business's crucial sales decisions & lead factors can be overviewed in its intuitive dashboard. 5. We effectively save a lot of costs by opting for its automated workflow deployments while working with recurring tasks. **What do you dislike about Locoia?** We haven't faced any downsides while working on the Locoia platform. It brings together all our SaaS integrations, on-premise customer data and other 3rd party data under one roof for seamless processing. Since its backend servers are hosted on the AWS platform, the services offered by Locoia are fault-tolerant & highly resilient towards fail-over circumstances. **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. We utilize Locoia's Flow Builder to develop our business workflow & HLD requirements for our customers. 2. Through its dashboarding functionalities, we can drag & drop our data source, its dependencies and collaboration medium to notify our stakeholders about our automated workflow status. 3. While working with its Flow Builder, it has an auto-save feature that drafts each inclusivity inside our design. This benefited us whenever our browser got crashed due to unforeseen circumstances. 4. As it's a browser-based platform, we can easily access Locoia on any device and from any location. 5. While working with large datasets, performing a few data preparations before looping them onto our workflow is an effective practice. This will reduce the Flow Builder's workload and quickly obtain the response in our customer endpoints. 6. Its Insight Library contains both custom insights & pre-built insights, which help track our sales and promote our leads in our retail organization. ### 4. Another great thing is it's onboarding experience. **What do you dislike about Locoia?** Although there isn't much to dislike about Locoia, the only thing that comes to mind is that it takes some time to built a flow with DI but other than that there is nothing to complain about **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that Locoia is helping to solve is the multi functional dashboard. The low-code process builder is powerful yet intuitive to use. The onboarding and support experience was brilliant and exceptional, far better than we have experienced with any other vendor. The support experience was proactive and there was fast access to knowledgeable people, no wading through 3 layers of support to get somebody who knows the answer. **What do you dislike about Locoia?** Our use case seemed to fall awkwardly between 2 pricing tiers and some of the usage limits could be more nuanced. **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Locoia fed a data warehouse to enable better reporting and analytics to ultimately drive more informed decision making in the business ### 7. With Locoia and the ability to use low-code to connect different systems, we were able to get rid of a lot of manual steps we had before. Also, the support you get from Locoia is great! When having a problem they react fast (within 1 hour) through Slack and help with any problem you have with your Flow. **What do you dislike about Locoia?** In the beginning, it took some time to get familiar with the low-code solution they are offering but the potential it offers is worth the time and in fact it took only 1 week to get the first Flows up and running which saves us a lot of time. **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have several use cases we are tackling with Locoia. The first one is the connection between our CRM and ERP system. We use Locoia to push customer master data from the CRM to the ERP which removes human error and unnecessary copy and paste. Also, we push back the invoice status to the CRM so everyone who has no access to the ERP is aware. A second use case we have is the connection between our backend data in a database and the CRM which allows us to build good reporting and enrich the data with information from our customers. ### 8. But it is worth the effort for the benefits you receive working with Dynamic Insights software solutions. **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** An essential element of our product is an industry-specific dashboard which got visualized and created with the support of Dynamic Insights. The holistic integration of the software your company uses helps us to save a lot of time in our daily work, such as reporting and data management functions. While the time of our company formation, Dynamic Insights took a lot of work from our shoulders by creating a powerful tool so that we could reduce time and effort. The onboarding process was great and their support team is always responsive and very helpful. For all these reasons, I can fully recommend dynamic insight to any company that uses various external systems and lacks the development capacities to connect them **What do you dislike about Locoia?** there was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect. **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** We immediately realized that by taking advantage of the various connectors offered on the dynamic insight marketplace, we could save a load of individual development effort since a lot of brands struggle to integrate with open source CRMs like odoo.After roughly 2 days set-up time, we were not only able to connect 2 different services (Aircall and Intercom) to our CRM, this saving us months of writing custom code. ### 12. The use of Jinja templating language helped in selecting variables from previous steps within the different flows. Richard and Christian were both instrumental with help throughout the process of setting our integration up and were always on board for feedback and new features. **What do you dislike about Locoia?** DI could improve some areas of the UI to direct the user towards the correct approach better. As a developing product, however, I see these improvements coming along consistently. **What problems is Locoia solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem we were solving with DI was setting up a new integration talking to multiple systems in a short space of time. However, after seeing the ease of use benefits, we will be moving many of our current integrations over to this solution also. ### 13. The software is easy to use and requires relatively low levels of code knowledge. Besides, the support is really helpful and went along with us intensively during the first implementations. **What do you dislike about Locoia?** When you start building the first flow in DI, it takes some time to get used to it.
