**What do you like best about LocalizeOS?**

This is a lot better than the other lead promising subscriptions out there. It does a great job of saving time and making it a smooth transaction for both sides.

**What do you dislike about LocalizeOS?**

It does take a lot of a learning to grasp the idea of using it to communicate with the buyers agent. Especially for older agents who are not familar with Artificial Intelligence.

**What problems is LocalizeOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This changed my perspective on the software used to communicate with clients. Especially using the free or somewhat free subscription from your real estate brokerage. This application does most of the work for you.

**What do you like best about LocalizeOS?**

Localize brought AI into the real estate industry when AI was barely a topic of discussion in the US. They are innovative, advanced, user friendly & the best part is they are always by your side. I enjoy working with the team I am assigned to at Localize.

Can't think of any dislikes at the moment.

**What problems is LocalizeOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Locaize brings me leads that are ready to go, its just the matter of finding then the right property that fits the buyers needs & wants. That saves ne the whole cold calling process trying to gernerate a lead. I can focus more on delivering what my client wants & I know I am not wasting my time on someone who is just window shopping or just curious.

**What do you like best about LocalizeOS?**

The tools that Localize provide to me as a Real Estate agent are some of the most productive I've ever used.  Lindsey, one of their reps is always on call to help answer any questions and connect me with my contacts when requests to tour properties have been received.  The constant touch points with my client database ensures I'm providing the best service to my clients.  Would highly reccomend!

**What do you dislike about LocalizeOS?**

Nothing!  Localize has provided me with everything they have claimed they can do.

**What problems is LocalizeOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In today's world, buyers want to feel the constant pulse of the market.  The speed at which everything moves makes it very difficult for one agent to handle and fully service many clients at once, there is just too much data.  Localize gives me the tools that allow me to keep my clients up to date with new listings and also expand their search horizon to find exactly what they are looking for.

**What do you like best about LocalizeOS?**

LocalizeOS  has proven to be highly beneficial in reengaging our older leads with our agents. We've successfully revived dormant leads, igniting their interest in property listings once again. Additionally, this software and thier human assistance functions like an inside sales team, efficiently scheduling appointments for our agents and maintaining momentum in lead engagement to facilitate ongoing property searches. The inside sales team of Localize stay ontop of us to be sure that we follow through with connecting with these leads setting up  appointments for showings. We have sucessfully gotten  both buyer deals and listings with their help.

**What do you dislike about LocalizeOS?**

I have not experienced any negative issues with the product.

**What problems is LocalizeOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping reactivate interest form our older internet leads that are most likely searching on competitive sites for property or are not being nutured with new property opportunities,

**What do you like best about LocalizeOS?**

It's great to be able to have someone send regular listings to clients to keep me top of mind when they inevitably decide to restart their search.

**What do you dislike about LocalizeOS?**

I often forget to update my Localize page after showings--I wish there was a way for it to sync with the notes entered onto Zillow or our CRM. Or if there's a way to get prompted to text over notes after showings. I think it largely falls on me to just enter the notes, but a poke to remind me to do so after showings would be helpful.

**What problems is LocalizeOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is reaching out to clients regularly when they have fallen off my radar due to lack of timeliness, lack of motivation, etc. It is also re-engaging stale leads and getting them back into the field.

Allows to utilities AI to reduce overhead while improving connectivity with the clients. Drives up the brokerage profitmargins in a way that diesnt compromise the service.

Needs a few more options to inout client data.

Follow up for agents, control of agent interaction with clients, the need to give a high split to a junior agent just for maintaining a relatinship, the ability to supervise work and communications with clients. The constant need to remind agents to stay in touch with clients.

**What do you like best about LocalizeOS?**

Super easy way to reconnect with clients who are serious about purchasing.  The "concierge" aspect (ie setting appointments) is very helpful and helps to smooth out the time sensitivity of reaching out to the listing agent before the client may decide to do so on their own.

**What do you dislike about LocalizeOS?**

Sometimes the clients are not well prepared with what they need to present an offer.  Understandable that some folks take things slowly at first, but I have encountered clients who are very unfamiliar with even what is necessry as a baseline to qualify.

Helps us to keep track of old rental leads that are in the market to buy.

The human element. Their people are amazing and super helpful and friendly.

Justifying the success fee to our agents. I wholeheartedly believe in it but many agents balk at giving up a portion of their commission, even though its a client they wouldn't have been working with otherwise.

Ok, it's intuitive, and as hands off as you want it to be.  The thing about AI tech or Hunter in this case, is he does not go to sleep.  It's an infinite workforce 24/7/365.  Creating opportunities that it's our job to close.

**What do you dislike about LocalizeOS?**

Hard to get the proper leads for this platform in the current buyer climate.

**What problems is LocalizeOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Man power specifically.  We don't have the time to work these leads at any hour of the day everyday.  It creates opportunities with our leads for our team that we would not be able to work otherwise.

Love the consistent follow up and communication between team members. It really makes me feel like the localize team is just an extension of my own team. It also keeps clients engaged and keeps me top of mind.

Nothing so far, it's been a great experience. Haven't closed any business yet, but I know it's coming. Lots of engaged leads.

There's no downside that I can think of. The cost just went up exponentially so maybe that but it's still well worthwhile

I love that Localize helps me operate to my greatest potential.  Because of their technology, I have the ability to do the work load of 5 to 10 agents.  They help save my time, work efficiently, and stay top of mind with my entire sphere.

I wish there was a calender function where the support team can take the extra step to help me schedule and confirm appointments.

Both the service offering as well as the way we're treated as clients. They are constantly looking at ways to evolve their platform to make it both easier to utilzie and for agents to convert leads into sales. If there was greater lead flow that would be awesome. Happy with any leads but the more the merrier :)

Localize offers great services for busy individuals that are exploring all lines of business in the real estate industry. The personal assistant feature is great as it helps stay on top of whats in the market and what new units are coming on. A great feature is I will write notes and then Localize will review the notes and take into account for the information that has beeninputted.

I do not dislike anything about this service.

Being on top of it is very important in the real estate industry, and Localize helps out with that.

Ease of use
Frees me up to spend more time with clients
Hunter is able to nurture cleints on a regualr basis
Customer support is very good
Hunter is able to send listings new to market
You are able to see how your cleints are interacting with Hunter 
Hunter asks great follow up questions and is a able to identity a cleint's needs

**What do you dislike about LocalizeOS?**

Sometimes there is a lag in service if your support person is not available;, weekends are especially  important to have consistency.  It would be great to have two support staff monitoring my leads who cover 7 days a week. This prevents any gaps in the service Hunter offers.

The Localized App does not work properly.

Leads are added and nurtured until they engage and it's GO time saving me tons of time.

Leads can only have one agent assigned..

Managing a large number of buyers actively is really not sustainable and LocalizeOS makes it possible.

The ability to convert clients that were sitting stale in our database. + the ability to communicate with the Localize team with immediate responses always.

We have not found anything we dislike about Localize. Together (us and them) have worked on different scripts and stragies to implenet that work better for our business and they have been suportive of the ideas.

They are reviving leads in our data base that would have never been touched otherwise.

It is a tremendous support for my bussiness by keeping my  clients and myself updated with the  available listings according to my client's criteria.  I feel LocalizeOS  is a partner    with my  bussiness , an easy platform to use, and I appreciate  their support staff with 24/7 availaility.

We are a new client however we have been impressed by everything so far.  Best thing about LocalizeOS is Jamie and Alex who are helping us with our account.  They are phenomenal!

Nothing as of yet - we are a month or so into our new account period.

Nurturing leads and prospects and getting leads to respond.  We don' tave to do this grind work anymore.
