Lively HSA is extremely user-friendly. The set-up was extremely simple, and it did not take very long to set up not only my account, but to get my employees signed up as well. I love how easy it was to set up our account with LIvely. The account manager is always quick to respond if there is a question. The employees also love the ease of use, from setting up recurring or one-time payments. I can check in to the account anytime I need to review invoices and employee accounts. I wish there were a more robust integration with our HRIS/ben admin system that includes automatic recognition of payroll contributions, terminations, and enrollments. It is difficult to understand contributions as there is no view on employer contributions. I cannot see what part of each monthly contribution comes from the employer vs. the employee. It would also be nice to see previous contributions made all in one place
