Their customer support is nonexistent. They have taken 3 payments from our account, while trialling the platform, and now I can't get them refunded, and no-one is replying to my messages. I stopped the trial because the platform wasn't fit for purpose - it was finding irrelevant posts all of the time, even after one of the onboarding team helped set up our account using best practice.
