**What do you like best about Sailes?**

Automating email follow ups with actionable smart AI. Its been very easy to pick up email streams that are delivered to my inbox as AIQL's. Nice to have the Starboard where I can see the data on my email templates and overall performance of my campaign.

**What do you dislike about Sailes?**

More functionality within the Starboard, have a notes tab, where I am able to leave more information about the AIQL's. Its also difficult to keep track of when I responded to AIQL's, would be nice to have a feature that prompts me to try responding again to AIQL's where I didn't get a response.

**What problems is Sailes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the biggest benefit of Sailes is the saving of physical time. Doing email outreach manually is incredibly time consuming but often necessary. I am completely free to jump into email streams that have already been vetted and are ready for follow up.

I like Sailes because the interface is easy to use, making it straightforward to reach out to qualified leads. It also significantly reduces the time spent on finding and researching who to contact at organizations.

It's a challenge for us with a small amount of customers to reach out to. Also, the initial setup felt daunting and the assistance from the initial team was lackluster.

I find Sailes cuts down on time finding and researching who to contact, and it's easy to use for reaching out to qualified leads.

I love that Sailes saves time and ensures consistent follow-up. It reaches way more people than we could on our own and provides real data.

I don't like the learning curve, which feels challenging. It's also frustrating that some months have high volume and others have no volume of AiQLs, and we're still trying to figure out why that happens.

I use Sailes for prospecting and lead generation. It saves time, ensures consistent follow-ups, reaches more people than I could on my own, and provides real data.

I like how Sailes is able to continue the conversation, especially when a target responds with 'you really need to be talking to this person or that person'.

I find the messages that Sailes writes not always very good, and I thought the initial setup was a little confusing.

Sailes automates the outreach process, allowing me to focus on live opportunities.

**What do you like best about Sailes?**

Sailes cost is incredible, doing the work of three people for a 1/4 of the yearly cost of one person easily makes this one of the most "worth it" investments that we have been apart of. The consistentcy in terms of leads and signals is also impressive, as we have been averaging an extra 1-3 leads every week. 

Sailesbot is also very easily digestable via the dashboard, which I can appreciate as some people in our office aren't exactly super tech-savvy. Courtney has made the beginning use of Sailesbot very easy as well with the calls throughout each month to answer any questions or concerns we all may have.

**What do you dislike about Sailes?**

The only downside to Sailes would be that some of the autogenerated emails get slightly snippy or almost pushy when it gets to the second or third interaction. Nothing crazy, just have noticed that it has detered a few clients from possibly meeting with us (most of them most likely just weren't interested though, so not a big deal!)

**What problems is Sailes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sailes helps us sell around the state in ways that we previously could not, contacting and connecting us with people from counties and townships that never otherwise would have crossed paths with us simply because of our geographical location. It also does a lot of the dirty work in researching prospective clients to reach out to, something not typically involved in sales unless you are often cold calling people. Sailes brought back the old school work ethic of sales while implementing their system to allow the rest of us to truly focus on our current clients/projects at hand.

**What do you like best about Sailes?**

The leads are really strong.  They serve me up the right companies with the right people at the right time.  Their service and platform are spot on.  I've close a handful of companies I would have never had the time to prospect or dig for the decision maker.  Their team is always willing and ready to jump on a call to maximize the bot's efficiency with me and my thoughts.  They guaranteed me 30 actionable opportunities in 3 months...and have delivered over 60 in just 5 short weeks. They are killing it for me.  In addition, we have book over $1MM in NEW business over an 18 month period.  My two Sailebots have more than paid for themselves and they are a inexpensive lead generating MUST-Have for our sales plan.

**What do you dislike about Sailes?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Saile. I am thrilled on every level.

**What problems is Sailes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are growing my prospect and customer base, ultimately increasing my revenue while hitting my gross profit goals.  I don't have time to email hundreds of potential decision makers and they are getting all of that work done for me...I come in when the prospect is ready to buy.  They are finding me leads and companies I didn't even know existed, yet can benefit greatly from my services and products.

I was highlight skeptical about how the Sailes AI Bots could help us out, however, we took the plunge with a Saile Bot for each of our Business Units and within 6-8weeks started receiving engaging responses and within 10-12weeks we are now actively quoting projects to potential clients that the Saile Bots found for our Business Units. They really do work!

**What do you dislike about Sailes?**

The only thing I dislike about the Saile Bots we have working is that they produce so many inquiries that it is challenging to keep up with all the new inquiries

Sailes is solving the challenge of widening our customer base without extensive effort by our own people.

In theory, Sailes should be bringing me leads to pursue.  But the leads that have come have been less than ideal and they have slowed.  I will also freely admit that I have not put in the time necessary to give me the best chance of success

We've been using Sailbot for a month now, and it has generated new leads. The tool can be tailored to our health industry. Within days, we were uncovering high-quality prospects that we simply weren't reaching with other methods.

The automation features save us a ton of time, and the data it pulls is always relevant and up-to-date.

**What do you dislike about Sailes?**

While Sailebot has some solid strengths in prospecting and lead generation, there's always room for improvement.  Integration with More CRMs, previewing the email chain feels a bit limited.  Lastly, the AI-generated messaging can feel a bit generic. Offering more control over the tone or letting users input industry-specific language could help make outreach more personal and effective.

Manual prospecting takes too much time. We’re connecting with more qualified leads in a fraction of the time.

Our office likes the fact that the bots could help us get into many more inboxes compared to what we could do ourself. It has also found contact for companies that we wouldnt have been able to find with the capabilities we have.

One thing I do wish the Saile would be more effiecient is narrowing in what our target clients are. In the contact list there are many compnaies that wouldnt work with our comany due to conflicting offerings of buisness. Example is the Saile targeting a local credit union bank, finance banker, which wouldnt aline with the service we are offering.

It is helping our team gain contact info to some people we wouldnt have been able to find manually

I like that we are able to not only see the AIQls but also we can see the objectives. Those are also super helpful in prospecting and at the very least adding new accounts into our CRM Database. I also like how we are able to see individually how each email is performing. The dashboard overall is quite impressive.

I have had a hard time being able to get the sailesbot to prospect the correct people/business. Just when I thought it was finally getting the right people we noticied it is still contacting people based on where their headquarters. I also wished that on the dashboard when you hovered over the AIQLs or the Objections it would tell you which Sailesbot they live under.

I would not say it is solving any problems but it is giving us extra hands in prospecting.

They're constantly looking for active feedback to help improve the quality of their services and the bottom line - your results. The new Starboard platform provides great new features and allows for much more hands-on interaction. Overall, the platform is very easy to use and integrate with your CRM plus they provide great support to help you make the most of your investment.

**What do you dislike about Sailes?**

Without the proper overview, guidance, and understanding it may prove more difficult to get the best return on your investment from the service. However, with the proper use coupled with their team's phenomenal support, it'd be difficult to not get results.

They're constantly improving and looking for feedback from their clients to help deliver desired results and provide the highest quality service as possible. Saile has helped exponentially with our outreach and lead generation - providing quality leads for our sales team to work off of.

The automated outreach is awesome! I think it could be a fruitful platform if the leads could get a little more dialed in.

Virtually all of the leads, except for a couple, were companies that don't even ship autos. We also saw that the SaileBot was reaching out to companies that are already paying customers, which is far from ideal.

It's not really solving any problems which is why we likely will not continue with the program.

The Bot reaching out to cold prospects / warming up these prospects for me / capturing their details / interacting with them to allow me to setup calls & meetings with these prospects / allowing me spare time to focus on sales.

I like that it is easy to use, easy to follow the steps and process.
The Dashboard is clear and easy to understand.

The Sailes team are great, friendly and always on hand to support.

It may be to early to tell lol.

For me, It is more that I need to learn more to fully understand Sailes for me to get the full benefit of my Sailes Bot.

Time & Effort.
Trying to contact cold prospects and trying to find the right contact, consumes a lot of time for a sales person.
Using Sailes - letting my Bot, RAMBO do it for me is saving me time & effort, which I can now focus more on closing deals.

i was pleasantly surprised with the volume of emails and contacts resourced sailebot was able to do. Ease of implementation and setup was quick.

specifically, to the business unit i represent, I did not get the positive responses and AiQLs as expected

reduced labor I allocated towards digital marketing, frequency, and inbox placement.

single faceted solution. it handles emails and that's it. that's ok, but there isn't integration to crm, and no way to have human follow up with out digging deep.

We can reach out to a vast number of customer via AI. Helped us to leverage the quality leads. Although it takes time to ramp-up in the full capacity. However, absolutely needs a proper check before uploading the target data.

Sometimes bot gets confused with tonality. Again I would emphasize on a proper check before uploading the content.

When there's not enough time in the day to prospect, we know it's working for us in the background. We control the message and are reaching markets outside of our regular business.

I wish Starboard was set up for companies with one person assigning leads to multiple reps - customized assigning and distribution directly from the platform would be helpful.

The process of getting new leads is made simple, the dashboard is made easy to use and read. The intergration from soft leads turning into more secure is made easier with the bot being able to do the majority of the initial work stages.

**What do you dislike about Sailes?**

Due to only starting to use the program, I have not found anything that I currently disklike or would wish to be improved at this stage.

Sailes is solving the initial stage of finding leads and sending out emails to these leads, this allows us to focus more on other tasks within our role, whilst also allowing us to focus on leads that are more solid.

The sales team is super hands-on and supportive, constantly suggesting ways to improve lead generation. The bot is super easy to set up and use. It is also fairly easy to tweak certain aspects of the bot as needed (i.e. target organizations, size of organization, positions targeted within these organizations). The leads that the bot generates are quality leads as it spends time combing through and researching them before engaging.

It is definitely a work in progress, and the results trickle in slowly at first, but this is to be expected!

Sailes is allowing our company to automate the mundane task of sending emails daily, but also identifying and engaging companies that might need our services. As someone who doesn't have much experience in prospecting, Sailes has been an extremely valuable tool in getting into new accounts. While our sales team is out in the cities, we are now building an extra list of prospects, contacts, and partners outside of the hard work they are doing. Not only is it great watching the bot pick up pace and traction as time goes on, it is also great to have a team back at Sailes who is ready to help us at any time. They have quick reponses and provide us with extra knowledge and support.

There have been some typos or email mix ups, but the team is always quick to help with that. We understand that this is all still new and will just keep getting better.

Needs more features for email integration and around reporting. The dashboard / user interface is user friendly, but again feels like it could have more features and reports to help identify successful campaigns, emails etc.

**What do you like best about Sailes?**

Sailes is a salespersons dream. Imagine being able to prospect 24/7 without getting tired, that's Sailes! Also the Sailes team is fantastic. Alex and her team are always availble to help and truly believe in what they are building.

**What do you dislike about Sailes?**

Getting the bots off their feet takes a bit of time and tweaking. Not necessarily a downside, but once the system is coached and running, you are in for a treat.

**What problems is Sailes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us tackle white space we may be missing.
