**What do you like best about Letter Friend?**

What I like the most about Letter Friend is sending actual letters to my business partners and customers that have a personal touch.  I like that it appears that I've spent time on my interactions with them without actually having to do the hard work.  My handwriting is terrible!!

**What do you dislike about Letter Friend?**

There is nothing I dislike about this service.  Everything works as it should, and it was easy to use.  I just wish it was free!  LOL, I know that's not happening, so I take it as it is!

**What problems is Letter Friend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helped me to solve all the feelings of impersonality that come along with emails.  It makes all my interactions with customers feel special.  And they appreciate that.

**What do you like best about Letter Friend?**

I like that this service is different than others because it is actually written by real humans. This makes a big difference than the other robot or machine written letters.

**What do you dislike about Letter Friend?**

I dislike that this service can take longer because of the very manual work that is required for it as compared to the letters that are written by machines which are automated.

**What problems is Letter Friend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are satisfying our customers by providing great support to them and showing that we are still interested in their business. This helps with client retention and gives a satisfying engagmenet.

**What do you like best about Letter Friend?**

I like the ease of being able to go to guest profiles and create a hand written letter without having to write a letter. 

**What do you dislike about Letter Friend?**

There are few features that I don't like - I wish they were organized better but that falls on the user.

Use it to simplify the job
