**What do you like best about Lendesk?**

The best part about its ability to customize various journeys for different lending products catering to MSME's, SME's and PL part. The journeys are different in all, and ability to customize stuff and flows is important. So, quoting with an example - for business loans you want to take gst docs, gst information, company udyog and other parameters into consideration. But for  a personal one, simple pan docs and bank statements would do the work. 
so flow customization is crucial and necessary step

**What do you dislike about Lendesk?**

Access control to tabs regarding view aspect to some and edit access to some at field level should be there. so access control to each and every section to this, is necessary and should be considered as an product add on going forward. 

Also, one more point, flow level replication can be given to avoid drilling down at product level and saving time on new product flow creations. Rest, system is great to use inspite of few challenges being discussed above.

1. Flow customization
2. User level docs collection
3. LAN level docs collection
4. Separate workflows for every product
5. User level role assignment.
6. Internal mail communication on lan assignment
